Research On The Allocation Of Resources Based On The Equalization Of Educational For Middle School

The allocation of resources is the combination of the best production or the optimal output,and finally the input output.Basic education has its universality properties while both products,in the market today,due to the impact of local finance,household and other factors,how to establish a reasonable system of basic education resources allocation is not only related to the development of education in our country,but also related to the "fair","justice" concept of governance.Therefore,this paper studies the issue of the allocation of basic education resources,hoping to provide reference for the equal allocation of educational resources based on the research in this paper.First of all,this paper analyzes the product attributes of basic education from the equalization of public services and public services,and expounds the connotation of equalization of basic education.And from the central idioms and differences in suburbs,the proportion of basic education funds in all education funding,and the impact of the household registration system on the allocation of basic education resources,three dimensions were investigated and analyzed.The results show that due to the impact of local fiscal revenue,different regions there are some differences in the basic education investment,the traditional old city due to local fiscal revenue more,its investment in a high base,while the suburban area although a higher proportion of investment,but due to the small base.Therefore,there are differences in the number of teachers and the quality of teachers in central and suburban schools.Compared with the basic education,ordinary higher education has less funds for basic education because of the special funds allocated by the state.In addition,X city public primary school and junior high school students mainly in the household and school districts as a recruit standard,but X city currently has more than 1 million people of migrant population,this part of migrant students can only attend private schools and suburban public schools,but private schools lack of education funding subsidies,suburban public schools receive influence local financial infrastructure is relatively backward in the teaching.Finally,this paper puts forward specific improvement measures and suggestions for the current allocation of basic education resources in X city.The main contents are as follows: firstly,it is suggested to establish two level basic education financial system to reduce the impact of regional economic development difference on basic education investment;second,to strengthen the balanced allocation system of basic education.Liquidity can use rotation and subsidies to strengthen teachers;third,to establish the correct orientation in the system construction,expand public participation ratio,democratic demonstration in policy making...
