China is a country with large differences in economic development and abundant labor resources.With the deepening of the reform of the socialist economic system and the adjustment of the industrial structure,the situation of labor mobility has also changed.According to the latest data report,with the introduction of urban talent attraction policies such as housing purchases and settlement discounts for college students,as well as the impact of enterprise transformation and upgrading,employees' own education and skill levels,and age,the trend of talent mobility in China in 2019 It is obvious,and the number is large.In this context,the sense of professional security of employees of the enterprise has also been impacted to a certain extent.Therefore,in this large environment,employees' sense of occupational safety is an important issue.How to improve and ensure its stability is an aspect that needs attention.Because the research on occupational safety of employees in domestic enterprises started late,systematic theoretical research is still lacking,and empirical research is even rarer.This article takes the R enterprise employees in Xi'an as the research object,and through the analysis of the influencing factors of occupational safety,further studies and explores the strategies of social work involved in employees' occupational safety.First of all,through the literature search,sort out the research achievements of domestic and foreign scholars on occupational safety,and grasp the research status and insufficient research on occupational safety.Secondly,the managers,human resources supervisors and commissioners of R companies,and other ordinary employees were selected as interview subjects to understand the status of the company's job creation,recruitment,training,salary and employees' sense of professional security.At the same time,a mature questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of R employees' occupational safety from five aspects:job loss,job execution,salary promotion,excessive competition and interpersonal relationships.Then,from the five aspects of macro factors,industry background,organizational factors,work factors and individual factors,discuss the factors that affect the professional security of R employees,and combined with the results of research and interviews,comprehensive analysis to find out that the impact on R employees is more significant Factors that are easily involved in improvement.Finally,aiming at the influencing factors,from the perspective of social work,using social work professional theories and methods,put forward strategies to improve occupational safety,and provide some ideas and methods for future research on improving employees' occupational safety.
