Nowadays the stability of the enterprise is one of the important factors of social stability. If we want to create a harmonious society, a harmonious enterprise is an important part of it. The trues are that most of our enterprise employees are encountering all kinds of problems. Because the problem haven’t been solved in a timely manner, The malignant events emerge in the enterprise are endless. This gave a negative impact on society,So it is particularly urgent to have positive and professional intervention handle such problems. Occupational social work is not known as a professional social work. It has its specific client and professional approach. What’s more, the social work in enterprise has an irreplaceable function and role in maintaining and fighting for the rights and interests of enterprise employees, dealing with the problems of theirs and so on. Now the domestic various enterprises natural resource or organization has not effectively solve the problem of employees of various, this article is committed to the use of professional social work methods to solve business problems encountered by employees, maintain the normal order of business, to maintain social stability. The topic of this paper is about enterprise staff and we focus on the professional intervention of social work in enterprise. The systemic pectination of research results on social work in enterprise is based on the references. A preliminary understanding of occupational social work is established through the introduction of its definition, service mode and function. Meanwhile, this paper makes a positive investigation of A and B enterprises. Advices on social work in enterprise staff are proposed by using Empowerment, Maslow’s hierarchy of needs theory, Crisis intervention theory. They are also raised out by the analysis and synthesis of investigation data and combining with the related experience of Hongkong and Taiwan. This study suggests that social work in enterprise would bring the helpfulness to the staff and promote the development of enterprises. However, there exist a lot of complex factors and difficulties in this process. Only to find the right intervention, the occupational social work will play its irreplaceable important role.
