Over the past four decades of reform and opening up,China's industrial scale and system have been continuously expanded and improved,and its industrial structure has been gradually optimized.In 2019,China's tertiary industry will account for 53.9% of ITS GDP.As one of the important components of the tertiary industry,the financial industry has ushered in valuable development opportunities.Therefore,the country has an urgent need for professional talents with financial professional knowledge.With the increasing demand of domestic and foreign enterprises for financial and economic professionals,financial and economic education and training institutions emerge at the right moment,with huge market potential.At the same time,more and more financial education institutions enter the vocational education industry,the competition is more and more fierce.How to maintain the competitive advantage and leading position in the fierce competition and train the talents with financial and financial expertise for the country has become one of the problems facing G Company.In this paper,taking the CFA certificate training program of G Company as the research object,from the perspective of marketing,on the basis of combing relevant literature at home and abroad,firstly,the theoretical methods cited are expounded.Secondly,the present situation of the enterprise including the marketing status of CFA training program is expounded,and then the marketing strategy problems are explored by applying corresponding theories according to the present situation.Thirdly,in the environmental analysis,the marketing environment of The CFA training program of G company is analyzed from the macro environment and micro environment respectively.Meanwhile,SWOT analysis method is used for environmental analysis and strategic analysis.Fourth,STP strategy and 4P theory are used to optimize its marketing strategy,and solutions are proposed respectively for a series of problems existing in product strategy,price strategy,channel strategy and promotion strategy.Finally,the guarantee measures for optimizing the marketing strategy are put forward.The research on the optimization of the marketing strategy of G Company's CFA certificate training is conducive to enhancing the market competitiveness of G company's products and promoting the vigorous development of the industry in today's market.Meanwhile,it is of certain reference value for G company or other enterprises in the industry to design their marketing strategies in the future.
