Research On The Path Of Social Work To Assist The Management Of Navigation Major Students

Social work as an application of social science,is guided by altruism,through a sound knowledge base and theoretical system,using scientific methods to do professional assistance activities,aiming to help the difficulties of individuals,groups out of the predicament."Self Help" is its core values,making individuals and groups to turn others' help to self-help.Social work,as the gradual development of professional disciplines in domestic,has been certainly applied and promoted in school,community,business and welfare institutions and its unique values and the case,group,community work methods on the management of navigation major students also has a good reference and added meaning,providing more solutions to ideas and ways when facing the special problems due to professional particularity.The introduction of social work theory and methods also provides a good platform and practical basis for its localization.The core of this paper is the study of the path of social work to assist the management of navigation major students,and base on to the application of D University in the case of analysis,Accumulating practical experience,summing up the improvement method,providing new ideas and practical guidance.This paper is divided into six parts,the first part of the introduction,mainly on the research background,research significance and the main use of research methods.The second part analyzes the particularity of the management of navigation major students in view of the connotation and characteristics of the management of navigation major students.The third chapter analyzes the obstacles to the management of navigation major students and the existing problems.The fourth part analyzes the management of the navigation major students through the three dimensions of talent,idea and method.The fifth part analyzes the application of the case,group and community working method in the management of the navigation major students through case analysis.The sixth chapter summarizes the author and points out the future application prospect and prospect of school social work.
