| Since 1989,China's social work major has resumed enrollment for more than 30 years,these 30 years,is also the reform and opening up of China's rapid development period,the development of China should have called for more social work professionals,but the reality is not satisfactory.There is a high loss of talent in social work,and social work students have low recognition of social work.This research of M school social service professional students with an introduction to social work courses as an entry point,with the help of education action research method,by changing the classroom environment,innovate teaching means,change the relationship between teachers and students,improve the classroom harmonious degree,combined with cooper's experience learning theory,the theory of energized,strengthen implement people-oriented education idea,the students as the main body of the classroom,To carry out an action research aimed at improving the social work major awareness of social and political students in M University,helping M University students improve their learning methods,and seeking to improve the social work major education system in colleges and universities.This research aims to achieve research objectives through three cycles of action research.In the first cycle,the equal relationship between teachers and students is established and the cooperative learning community is built with students.The second cycle is to update and improve the learning community established before,so that students can feel that they have the potential of self-enhancement.In the third cycle,simulated social work scenarios are introduced to enable students to experience and practice theoretical knowledge and complete the whole process of experience-understandingplan-action.It is found that the educational action research of "Introduction to Social Work" has effectively improved the social work professional cognition level of students majoring in social and political science in M School. |
