The training objectives of common colleges and universities sports educationprofessional in our country are: to cultivate qualified talents for the school sportsteaching, training and competition, and be able to work in the scientific research, schoolsports management and social sports guidance task. Sports education professionalstudents’ extracurricular physical exercise is especially important. It is one of theimportant ways to realize the school sports education purpose and tasks. It has madesome progress in student extracurricular sports、subjective well-being and as well as therelationship between physical exercise and subjective well-being research. But forsports education professional students’ extracurricular physical exercise in universityand the relationship between subjective well-being research is still visible. So, thisresearch investigate and study through to the relationship between subjective well-beingresearch and the sports education professional students’ extracurricular physical exercisein Jiangsu province ordinary university, to explore students’ extracurricular physicalexercise of subjective well-being.The results of the study are:1、Most of the sports and physical education students in high school in Jiangsu areorder to keep fit, to exercise professional technical skills and interests for the purposethat participate in extra-curricular physical exercise, and have positive attitude towardextracurricular sports activity; The extracurricular physical exercise divided intoautonomy exercise and organized exercise, moreover autonomy exercise is based onexercise with classmates.2、The sports education professional students’ extracurricular physical exerciseproject in high school in Jiangsu are main in the size of ball games、athletics andaerobics, etc. Most of the students’ extracurricular physical exercise were three times aweek, more than30minutes and at least moderate intensity. The main factors thatinfluence the students’ extracurricular physical training are lack of space equipment、 without teachers’ guidance and theoretical study pressure.3、The sports education professional students’ subjective well-being in high schoolin Jiangsu exists significant differences in different gender, grade and area: girls’subjective well-being is higher than boys’. Different grade students’ happiness of highand low order is: sophomore year>freshman>junior>senior. The rural students’subjective well-being is higher than urban students’.4、There are significant difference on the sports education professional students’subjective well-being that have difference purpose, projects, and form of extracurricularsports activity. To strengthen physical and recreational exercise as the purpose of sportseducation professional students’ subjective well-being level is higher than to exerciseexamination and employment as the purpose of physical education major students’.Extracurricular in collective sports exercise of sports education professional students’subjective well-being is higher than personal sports exercise. Exercise organised by theschool sports education professional students’ subjective well-being level is higher thanthe independent exercise of sports education professional students’.5、There is significant difference on the sports education professional students’subjective well-being that have different time in extracurricular physical exercise. Lessthan20minutes of exercise time sports education professional students’ subjectivewell-being level is lower than21-59minutes and60minutes or more sports educationprofessional students’. Exercise time on21-59minutes sports education professionalstudents’ subjective well-being level is higher than60minutes or more sports educationprofessional students’.6、There is significant difference on the sports education professional students’subjective well-being that have different intensity in extracurricular physical exercise.High intensity exercise of sports education professional student’s subjective well-beingis lower than low intensity exercise with moderate intensity sports educationprofessional student’s. And moderate intensity exercise of sports education professionalstudents’ subjective well-being is significantly higher than low intensity sportseducation professional students’.
