In the information age,with the demand of people for high quality education,the study pressure of high school students and the competition of college entrance examination are increasing,how to better improve students' ability has become an important task in the development of education.Nowadays,the traditional way of education management still exists,which is not conducive to the realization of the training goal of modern high school students.In the city key middle school,the phenomenon of large class size in high school is more prominent,and class management is very difficult.The implementation of the new college entrance examination system poses a great challenge to the way of class management.School is an important environment for students to grow up,and class-based education management is the main mode of basic education in our country.has become an important factor directly affecting the development of students.Education can not be separated from management,management is also a kind of education,a good management system is a necessary guarantee to promote the development of classes and students.This article is divided into 5 chapters to discuss: senior high school class integral system management related problems.This paper mainly discusses how to apply the integral system to the high school class management,the effectiveness of the integral system in promoting class development and students' growth,and the challenge and reflection of the integral system in the high school class management.The author hopes that through this study,it can increase the effectiveness of the integral system in the senior high school class management,help the class manager to have more effective management methods in the course of class management,perfect the theoretical basis of the senior high school class integral system management,and increase the scientific nature of the management.Finally,combining with the practice of high school class integral system management,objectively presents the deficiency of integral system in class management and reflection to provide the basis for the next research.integral system can promote the development of high school class and improve students' comprehensive ability,but it is not omnipotent,for different students,there are differences in the effect of different time.high school class integral system management embodies the characteristics of fine management,through the participation of all staff and streamlined operation process,can improve the efficiency of class management,enhance students' awareness of self-management,and cultivate students' ability.high school class integral system management through the creation of integral environment,for class development and student growth set a goal,through the standardized system,but also for students personalized development to provide further education basis.
