The construction of teachers' team and the quality of teachers in ideological and political courses in middle schools have always attracted the attention of the party and the country.General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that the key to running the ideological and political course well lies in the teachers.He also put forward "six important points" to the teachers of the ideological and political course,one of which is "deep feelings".That is,the teachers of the ideological and political course must maintain the feelings of home and country,cherish the country and the nation,pay attention to the society,absorb nutrients and enrich thoughts in the great practice of socialism with Chinese characteristics.Teenagers are one of the sources of strength for the great rejuvenation of the Chinese nation and the realization of the Chinese dream,and secondary schools are the key periods for teenagers to establish correct values and cultivate the important qualities of patriotism and love for the Party.Therefore,it is of great importance to enhance the feelings of teachers of ideological and political courses in secondary schools for the implementation of moral education and the cultivation of people.Teachers' feelings of ideological and political courses in middle schools refer to the relatively stable and highly conscious feelings formed by teachers engaged in ideological and political courses in middle schools in the process of education,teaching and life,from which they can obtain a sense of satisfaction,achievement and value.The improvement of the feelings of middle school teachers of ideological and political courses is conducive to the implementation of the fundamental task of cultivating moral character,improving the effectiveness of middle school ideological and political courses,promoting the self-development of middle school teachers of ideological and political courses,and cultivating high school students endowed with great morality,love and affection.From the results of the questionnaire survey,it can be seen that some achievements have been made in improving the feelings of middle school ideological and political course teachers,On the whole,middle school ideological and political teachers have deep patriotic feelings,firm political stand,strong caring consciousness,deep sense of responsibility,etc.but there are still some problems such as individual teachers' unflinching trip to the country,weak ideals and beliefs,lack of in-depth service for the people,and lack of Professional enthusiasm.Among them,the main reasons for the above problems are the inadequate implementation of national policies,insufficient utilization of social resources,irregular management of teachers in school ideological and political course,and teachers' involuntary selfeducation.Therefore,we should strengthen government support,improve the social environment,improve the school management mechanism,and give full play to teachers' subjective initiative to promote the improvement of the feelings of middle school ideological and political teachers.
