Senior high school ideological and political teachers play an important role in guiding and helping students to establish a correct world outlook,outlook on life,and values,and they must have educational feelings.Strong politics,deep feelings,new thinking,broad vision,strict self-discipline,and upright personality.These six requirements are the new requirements of General Secretary Xi for high school ideological and political educators.The educational sentiment of ideological and political teachers is the internal driving force that promotes teachers to continuously improve their professional quality and realize the value of life in the education industry.On the 100 th anniversary of the founding of the party,high school ideological and political classes have a pivotal position.It is imperative to implement the core qualities of high school ideological and political courses.Without qualified teachers,there is no way to provide truly high-quality education.Therefore,in order to achieve the cultivation of the core literacy of political subjects,teachers should improve their professional quality,cultivate educational feelings,internalize external motivation into internal motivation,and realize the team of teachers.High-quality construction provides a strong guarantee for the cultivation of students' core literacy.This article starts with the subject characteristics,teacher characteristics,and social requirements of ideological and political courses,expounds relevant theories about teacher education feelings,and explores the connotation of high school ideological and political courses teachers' educational feelings;through questionnaire surveys,analyzes the current high school ideological and political teachers' support.Educational feelings have the following problems: one is that individual teachers' self-renewal speed is slow;the other is that the belief in "true faith and dedication" is not solid enough;the third is that individual teachers lack the initiative to care for students;the fourth is that individual teachers lack professional identity.It is found that these problems are caused by a wide range of factors,combined with interviews with excellent teachers,and the causes are attributed to the following points: one is that individual teachers do not pay enough attention to the cultivation of their own teacher ethics;the other is the insufficient ability to cope with future career changes;the third is the school's Insufficient support and guidance.Through systematic analysis and in-depth research,the conclusion of this article starts with many elements such as individual teachers,school joint efforts,system construction,social forces,etc.,and puts forward practical strategies for the cultivation of high school ideological and political teachers' educational feelings,including: first,It is necessary to strengthen the political learning of teachers,including but not limited to the study of the party's policy and theory,firmly establish teachers' ideals and beliefs,and promote teachers' continuous self-improvement.Second,we must strengthen the ethics and style of teachers in high school ideological and political courses.Moral education is based on the moral education and students' practice.Third,continue to improve the professional quality of teachers,starting from the perspective of teachers themselves and the second classroom,and combining the strength of the party branch to achieve the goal.Fourth,a reasonable long-term guarantee mechanism,including teaching and research organization,teaching and research funding,and a series of achievable construction measures to form a full-time and part-time ideological and political teacher integration team with the correct political direction,strong professional ability,and profound educational feelings.
