The high school ideology and politics course is a key course to implement the fundamental task of establishing morals in the middle school,and the high school ideology and politics course teachers play an important role in educating people with emotions.At the 2019 School Symposium on Ideological and Political Theory Teachers,General Secretary Xi Jinping put forward six requirements for ideological and political teachers,one of which is to emphasize "deep feelings".Today's high school ideological and political teachers encounter some difficulties:some political teachers are unable to actively mobilize students through the classroom due to traditional education concepts;some political teachers are not confident in students' ideological education and guidance,and their appeal and persuasion are insufficient;some political teachers are not ideal The belief is not firm enough,and there are doubts about his professional development.Political teachers are not only the disseminators of knowledge,but also the guides on the growth of students.Therefore,from the perspective of the educational feelings of high school ideological and political teachers,this article deeply analyzes the implication of their educational feelings,and finds out through investigation and analysis The performance and reasons of the lack of political teacher education feelings,in order to try to put forward the cultivation strategy of high school ideological and political teacher education feelings,so as to realize "the feelings are deeper".The full text is divided into four parts:The first part is the introduction.It summarizes the research origin,research significance,and domestic and foreign research reviews,and briefly introduces the research ideas and research methods of this article.The second part is the interpretation and cultivation of connotation theory.First of all,I will explain the connotation of high school ideological and political teachers'educational feelings and put forward the five characteristics they have.Then I propose that their educational feelings consist of a firm Marxist sentiment,a moral missionary sentiment,a professional sentiment that does not forget their original intention,and a deep the five parts of the home country sentiment and the benevolence of the teacher are explained.Finally,the necessity of strengthening the cultivation of educational sentiment is explained.The third part is the survey status and analysis.Through questionnaires,interviews and other methods to investigate the current status of the ideological and political teachers' educational feelings of serving senior high schools,find out the performance of their shortcomings and discuss the causes of the shortcomings from the perspective of the school,society and teachers themselves.The fourth part is the cultivation strategy.In order to let the high school ideological and political teachers' feelings be "deep and wide" and to achieve the purpose of teaching and educating people,the author proposes to strengthen the high school from the implementation of the three steps of "internalizing in heart","externalizing in action",and "solidifying in system" The strategy of ideological and political teacher education feeling cultivation,starting from the three factors of school,teacher and society,proposes specific solutions in each step.
