Research On China's Social Stability Risk Indicator System And Index Based On PSR Model

In the process of modernization,our society is in a state of risk society and will be in a risk society for a long time.There are many complicated and symbiotic risks in the risk society.The existence of these risks seriously threatens the stability of the social order and the normal operation of the social system.In his speech at the 19 th National People's Congress,General Secretary Xi Jinping proposed that: we must have a first move to guard against risks,and a high-level strategy to deal with and resolve risk challenges;we must both prepare for a war of prevention and resistance against risks,and Strategic initiative to turn crisis into opportunity.In order to cope with the risk of social stability in a risk society and maintain the stability of social order,this article attempts to construct an effective and operable social stability risk indicator system to dynamically monitor the status of social stability risks in different periods before they evolve into social disorder.The overall index is used to reflect the overall social stability risks of the country and 31 provinces,municipalities and autonomous regions from 2010 to 2017.In order to achieve the research purpose,this article first introduces the concepts of risk,social risk,social stability risk,risk society,and social stability risk indicator system.Then,it analyzes the formation process of social stability risk by analyzing the source of social stability risk.Combustion theory is used to analyzes the transmission process of social stability risk.Next,based on the analysis of the formation and transmission mechanism of social stability risk,the PSR model is selected to initially construct a reasonable social stability risk indicator system to evaluate the country and 31 provinces.The social stability risk status of municipalities and autonomous regions from 2010 to 2017,according to cluster analysis and the four principles of index system construction to screen out the pressure,status,and response to the appropriate indicators in the three dimensions,after all screening,redundancy and variation coefficient method is used to test the effectiveness of the screened social stability risk indicator system.Immediately after the final indicator system is determined,the standard deviation method,the CRITIC method,and the entropy method are used to calculate the pressure dimension indicator weight,the state dimension indicator weight and the response dimension indicator weight,respectively,and calculate the sub-index of the evaluation object in each dimension.and calculate the overall index that reflect the overall state of social stability risks.At the same time,the corresponding analysis is given based on the results.
