Index System Of Social Risk Warning Unemployed University Graduates Is Derived

With the increasing number of college students in China and the uncertainty of theglobal economic development, Chinese graduates is still very difficult in finding a job. Asa part of the graduates, the unemployed graduates have a higher level of education andstronger self-awareness and critical spirit and can get a wide range of information.Unemployment may make them fall into the poverty status. When the pressure or sense ofunfairness that unemployed graduates feel strengthen, they may take collective actionunder certain conditions, which may lead to the generation of social risk. The main purposeof this study is to establish a set of social risk early warning indicator system forunemployed college students and make quantitative analysis of the degree of social risk. Sothat we can take measures to maintain social stability and help solving unemployedgraduates’ problems.In this paper, we use some social movement theory, such as the value theory andmobilization theory, to build the early warning indicator system of unemployed graduatesderived social risk. After taking AHP to confirm the weight of each indicator, we use thefuzzy comprehensive evaluation to apply the indicator system. Then we get that thederived social risk of unemployed graduates is in a mild state of alert. The article can bedivided into three parts: the first part explains research ideas and theoretical basis. Thesecond part is the main research contents of this paper. We define the foundation, principleand procedure of the early warning indicator system. Then, we establish a framework ofderived social risk early warning indicator system of unemployed university graduates,which contains six guideline layer indicators and30operating layer indicators. After thatthe article explain the meaning of each indicator and confirm their weights. And then,through finding the data of each indicator, the paper evaluate the degree of derived socialrisk of unemployed graduates by the method of fuzzy comprehensive evaluation. We hopeit can help us to understand the state of unemployed graduates and social stabilitycondition; The third part is the advice and conclusion. In this part,we design a earlywarning indicator management mechanism of derived social risk of unemployed graduates,which is formed by the indicator design and maintenance system, the indicator informationgathering system, the indicator data analysis system and the risk control and responsesystem. The aim is to strengthen the management of early warning indicator system. Thelast is the conclusion and aspects for further study of this article.
