| In the context of focusing on the social stability in Xinjiang and the general goal of long-term peace and stability,in order to promote the interaction and integration of all ethnic groups,strengthen the great unity of all ethnic groups and ensure the safety of Xinjiang’s ideological position,the autonomous region has launched a series of vivid practices,one of the activities,Sanjin,Lianglian,Yijiaoyou,is carried out in the entire Xinjiang education system,and universities in Xinjiang are one of the important venues for this.Since the launch of the activity,the relationship between teachers and students among various ethnics universities has been steadily improved,and the interaction them is getting closer and closer,along with touching stories happening around every day.this needs more systematic and detailed exploration.Based on the discipline perspective of Marxist ethnic theory and policy,this article uses empirical research methods to analyze the current status of the Sanjin,Lianglian,Yijiaoyou activities in universities in Xinjiang through interviews,observations,participation,and data collection,aiming to achieve specific results,the causes of the achievements and the analysis of the difficulties,with measures finally put forward to be further strengthened and consolidated.Since the launch the activity has become a vivid practice of ethnic exchanges in Xinjiang colleges and universities.The density of exchanges between teachers and students of various ethnic groups has deepened,mutual understanding has increased,and the spiritual distance has been reduced.The practice of the unity of teachers and students in Xinjiang colleges and universities,regardless of their ethnic backgrounds,has enhanced their national unity consciousness and patriotism through the activity,students’ self-development has been achieved,and home-school co-education has been launched;these activities have made important contributions to safeguarding the ideological safety of Xinjiang’s colleges and universities,and created a harmonious cultural atmosphere in campus through strong promotion of the activity.It plays a fundamental role in resisting the penetration of ideology and maintaining harmony as well as stability on campus.The Sanjin,Lianglian,Yijiaoyou activities have achieved remarkable results in Xinjiang colleges and universities,because they fully take into account the multi-ethnic gathering the active environment of promoting lingua franca,and the importance of interaction among ethnic groups.they not only have deep practical value,but also play a role of cohesion,development and stability for the society;besides,the activity is an innovative attempt of the campus practical activity model to realize the integration of cultural resources and functional integration of various departments in local colleges and universities It has become a normalized campus practice and formed a pattern in which all the teachers and students are intermingled and embedded.As a practice with specific focus,the Sanjin,Lianglian,Yijiaoyou activities should only be consolidated and improved to consolidate existing results and achieve longer-term results.Based on the analysis of the problems in the process of the activity,this article proposes measures to further strengthen and consolidate the activity from four aspects: how to enhance the enthusiasm of teachers and students to participate in the activity,better serve and educate people,promote the long-term development of the activity,and expand the influence of the activity Activities can go to universities across the country. |
