| The Chinese University Basketball League CUBA originated in1998,which is mainly a basketball competition for college students.Since its establishment,it has covered most colleges and universities in the country,and formed a wide spread and influence in colleges and universities.At the same time,CUBA league has also carried out a series of reforms in the cascading league in recent years,bringing the sports colleges in various regions into the first-level league,forming a phased league system.Before that,sports colleges and universities mainly participated in the national sports college basketball league "SCBA",aiming at the basketball matches against the background of professional sports colleges directly under the General Administration of Sport of China,aiming at testing and improving the level of basketball skills and tactics of sports colleges and universities.With the reform of CUBA league,sports colleges and universities are integrated into "CUBA" league and become new teams.In recent years,as a representative of the sports college teams(Beijing,Chengdu sports university,Tianjin sports college sports university and Shenyang sports university)in the division series of achievement is not very ideal,this article is based on the above four colleges and universities CUBA scores for the domestic sports colleges and universities CUBA team construction situation and influence factors are analyzed,and the following conclusions:1.During the period of National Sports College Basketball League,except Beijing Sport University,the other three sports colleges all achieved good results;During the transformation period of CUBA league,especially after its integration into the CUBA first-level league,Beijing Sport University with the best performance failed to enter the top 24 of the CUBA league,Chengdu Sport University failed to enter the top 32 of the CUBA league,and other sports colleges did not get out of the group stage.The overall performance of sports colleges was not very ideal.2.The head coaches of sports colleges and universities are mainly professional athletes or retired coaches.Most of them have a master's degree or a bachelor's degree,and have high-level professional sports experience,some of them are even members of the national team.3.From the point of recruitment sources,sports colleges and universities CUBA team players that the poor quality of enrollment,admissions standards for secondary athletes,and comprehensive university admissions standards for even higher level athletes,compared with the sports colleges and universities basketball professional athletes is less the players from the sports training and selecting,team players scoring ability is relatively poor.From the point of view of fund input,the fund input of representative teams of sports colleges is lower than that of comprehensive universities,and the lack of fund affects the enthusiasm of sports colleges to participate in the competition,and the adequacy of team training and competition preparation.4.Compared with comprehensive colleges and universities,the CUBA team members choose sports training and physical education as their major,which leads to a narrow range of employment opportunities and difficulties in employment. |
