As China' s economy and society develops,the level of physical education has been unprecedentedly improved.The campus promotion of various sports events is in full swing while gymnastics is suffering ignorance.In order to revitalize the development of gymnastics,the gymnastics sports management center of general administration of sport of China put forward the concept of "happy gymnastics" in July 2014,which gradually opens the prelude of revitalizing "campus gymnastics".Up to now,with its popularization of happy gymnastics being nearly 6 years,the happy gymnastics has gained some gratifying results,but there also exist many "fade zones",especially in the construction of the evaluation system of happy gymnastics teaching,lacking theoretical and empirical research.Based on the teaching evaluation theory,constructivism theory,humanism theory and system theory,this article researches on the construction of happy gymnastics teaching evaluation index system and tests empirically through the methods of literature material law,expert interview,on-the-spot investigation,questionnaire survey,and rank and operation.There must be many insufficiencies in the study of theory and practice,but in order to provide beneficial supplements for happy gymnastics teaching,this article conducts broader and deeper levels of theory and empirical studies to build stronger applicability and operability of happy gymnastics teaching evaluation index system by studying in the increasing number of teaching practices of happy gymnastics teaching.1.The theoretical and empirical research on the construction of the evaluation index system of happy gymnastics teaching is weak.Firstly,in terms of theoretical research,the implementation of happy gymnastics teaching evaluation activity is not standardized enough.It still focuses on "teaching evaluation",and the process of "learning evaluation" is not enough.It lacks the guidance and support of the necessary evaluation system.Secondly,it is difficult to do the campus empirical research for the deficiencies of content,means,levels,conditions and effects of the teaching evaluation of happy gymnastics.2.Facing the current situation of happy gymnastics teaching evaluation,this study establishes a preliminary evaluation index content and determines the happy gymnastics teaching evaluation index through 2 rounds of experts' screening,with the support of education evaluation theory,constructivism theory,humanism theory and system theory by using literature method,interview method,Delphi method,etc.It follows the principle of construction of evaluation index,and bases on the characteristic of the gymnastics students all-round development of body and mind and happy gymnastics.Its teaching evaluation index contains 4 first indicators of physiological,personality,social and motor skills;11 second indicators of body shape,behavior,and level exercise standards;and other 29 three indicators of speed,confidence,sense of belonging and movement completion.All levels of indicators are a dynamic system set,complementing each other.3.According to the third round of expert index screening results of importance ranking,the rank sum operation method is used to calculate the weight coefficient of each index to further refine and determine the index content,improving the standardization of the construction of the evaluation index system of happy gymnastics teaching.4.Through the empirical tracking of the application of evaluation indicators in the teaching of happy gymnastics and verifying of the application of the index system,it can be found that the evaluation results of the experimental group and the control group are significantly distinct.And it is in line with the expected target judgment,and can be widely adapted and satisfies the application and implementation of the current evaluation of happy gymnastics teaching.
