Based on the three-factor model of "task performance-relational performance-development performance" of Borman?Han Yi et al,,this study takes the performance evaluation structure model of sports academy technologists as the research object,and constructs the performance evaluation structure of sports academy technologists through Delphi method,questionnaire method,mathematical statistics method and so on.The conclusions are as follows:(1)The structural model of the performance evaluation of the technologists in sports colleges is a second-order five-factor model(first-order four-factor second-order one-factor),in which four factors are task performance,relational performance,development performance and adaptive performance,and the second order is converged into one factor,that is,job performance.The construction of the performance evaluation model provides a reliable theoretical basis for the performance evaluation and performance management of technical teachers in physical education colleges.(2)According to Delphi method,questionnaire survey method and other methods,the structure scale of performance evaluation of technical teachers in physical education colleges contains 17 items in 4 dimensions.Exploratory factors showed that the performance evaluation structure of technical teachers in sports colleges was divided into four dimensions,and the reliability test results showed that the internal consistency of each dimension was good;the confirmatory factors showed that the fitness indexes of the four-factor model were up to the standard,that is,the theoretical hypothesis model of this study was accepted.(3)Relational performance contributes the most to the overall work performance of technical teachers in sports colleges and universities,and rejects the hypothesis that the task performance contribution is the highest in this study.Although task performance directly affects the core technical activities within the organization to a large extent,relationship performance can ease the tension within the organization,regulate the internal relationship of the organization,and indirectly improve the overall work efficiency of the organization.(4)The contribution of task performance to the overall work performance of technical teachers in physical education colleges is second only to the relationship performance,because the nature of the work of technical teachers determines it.In addition,the evaluation method of task performance is generally simple and transparent,and it is more easily accepted by people.This dimension indicates that technical teachers should pay high attention to the tasks of the organization and contribute directly to the organization in their normal work.(5)As a separate dimension,adaptive performance is selected to evaluate the work performance of technical teachers.The selection of this dimension indicates that the concept and ability of technical teachers should show their physical adaptability and cultural adaptability with the continuous improvement of organizational goals.In addition,the inclusion of adaptive performance dimension effectively solves the deficiency of task performance and relationship performance in dynamic environment,and enhances the foresight and adaptability of organizations to cope with environmental changes.
