Research On The Current Situation And Countermeasures Of Air Volleyball Development In Primary And Secondary Schools Of Volleyball Traditional Schools In Jinjiang District, Chengdu

Gas volleyball is a new sport in China.Gas volleyball is a sport that combines fitness,recreation,leisure and sports.Under the influence of "national fitness",the development,promotion and research of air volleyball play an important role in the development and prospect of chengdu primary school.Taking the development of gas volleyball in the primary school of chengdu jinjiang district traditional volleyball school as the research object,this paper adopts the methods of literature review,field survey,expert interview,questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics to study the development of gas volleyball in five traditional volleyball schools in jinjiang district,chengdu city.The following conclusions are drawn:(1)The age structure of physical education teachers in jinjiang district volleyball traditional school is relatively young.The proportion of young teachers is relatively large,lacking of teaching experience,and the sports training of gas volleyball teachers is not systematic enough.Comprehensive quality needs to be further improved.But most teachers think that the development of air volleyball in primary schools has great potential.(2)The site equipment is insufficient,the special fund investment is less.This may be the fundamental problem holding back the development of air volleyball.Due to the shortage of professional teachers of gas volleyball,there are few training opportunities for physical education teachers who are willing to participate in gas volleyball.Some teachers lack the understanding of air volleyball,which seriously affects the school's teaching purpose,and also reduces the students' initiative and enthusiasm in learning air volleyball.(3)The teaching mode of gas volleyball in jinjiang district is mostly the hard volleyball teaching mode.The teaching content does not conform to the actual demand,so the PE teacher cannot get rid of the original teaching mode in the classroom,and does not take measures due to the "ball".(4)Jinjiang district traditional volleyball school school leaders and parents do not pay too much attention,that playing affects students learning.Waste students' study energy.(5)There are impacts of other sports in the school.Compared with air volleyball,most students prefer the antagonistic sports.
