| The aerobics teaching ability is a basic ability that the aerobics students of physical education major must master,and it is also a basic skill that they must have for the teaching post in the future.Students’ major in aerobics teaching ability level reflects the quality of university sports education and physical education teaching direction.therefore,the aerobics special students of physical education teaching ability to study the influence factors of formation,is conducive to fit specific students to further improve the teaching ability.In this paper,we use five kinds of research methods,including literature method,questionnaire survey method,interview method,mathematical statistics method,and field observation method.We did a specific inquiry for the students’ teaching ability formation factors of sports education professional aerobics speciality,from four aspects including students,teachers,curriculum and environment as a breakthrough point and draws the following conclusion:1.The main factors influencing the teaching ability of aerobics students majoring in physical education include student factor,teacher factor,curriculum setting factor and environment factor.2.The student factor is the most influential factor on the teaching ability of aerobics students in physical education major.Strengthening the student to the aerobics plait,gymnastics competition rules,evaluation method,the overview and development of aerobics,aerobics teaching from five aspects such as theoretical knowledge learning and the complete set movement of competitive aerobics training,physical quality training of competitive aerobics,and basic attitude and the practice of special quality,help students to build strong awareness of autonomous learning,will contribute to the formation of students’ teaching ability.3.Among the teacher factors,the teaching ability,specific theoretical knowledge level and specific technical level of aerobics teachers in physical education major play a professional guiding role for students.The personal charm,moral character and temperament of aerobics teachers play a very positive role in the improvement of students’ teaching ability.4.Among the factors of curriculum setting,practice is the key link to effectively improve students’ practical teaching ability.Students’ ability to express teaching terms,explain and demonstrate,create and compile teaching plans,organize classes and deal with classroom emergencies will be improved.5.Among the environmental factors,the school takes the initiative to create a good aerobics atmosphere.According to the conclusions,the following suggestions are put forward: 1.Teachers should constantly strengthen the cultivation of students’ teaching and reflective ability and cultivate students’ teaching thinking ability and interpersonal communication ability.2.Teachers themselves should constantly improve their professional quality,theoretical level and practical level.3.On the one hand,teachers should constantly enrich the teaching content and increase the dance elements that students can easily accept.On the other hand,teachers should truly integrate the evaluation of students’ teaching ability into the evaluation system of aerobics teaching,and grasp the level of students’ teaching ability with scientific evaluation.4.The school should build the aerobics field with perfect facilities,establish the scientific aerobics related course structure,expand the teaching content and reasonably allocate the time of aerobics theory class and practice class,and establish the diversified evaluation mechanism,so that the students can actively experience the charm of aerobics. |
