| Under the guarantee of the whole country system,the competitive sports of our country has made the brilliant achievements that attract the attention of the world.It has trained a batch of Olympic champions and a large number of world-class excellent athletes.The spirit of sports brought up affects the growth of generation after generation.In the development of China’s competitive sports for several decades,the training rules of reserve talents in competitive sports have been successfully and accurately grasps.However,there are also problems in the training of reserve talents in competitive sports,such as "difficult selection of materials","low training efficiency and efficiency",and "imperfect withdrawal mechanism of athletes".In recent years,the state has successively issued Document No.1(2020)to sound the charge call for the cultivation of outstanding sports students.Shanghai,as a high ground for the cultivation of reserve talents in competitive sports,has thoroughly implemented the spirit of Document No.1(2020),and formulated and issued Document No.37(2021)of the Shanghai Education Commission.In order to ensure the smooth development of Shanghai school physical education "one dragon" and cultivate excellent sports students,this study formulated the quality assurance indicators of Shanghai school physical education "one dragon" reserve talent training according to the current stage of the "one dragon".This study mainly studied the quality assurance indicators of Shanghai school physical education "one train" reserve talents training through Delphi method,literature and mathematical statistics.According to the relevant literature on the cultivation of reserve talents at home and abroad,the work experience of front-line physical education teachers in Shanghai experimental demonstration high schools,the evaluation index system of the first batch of senior high school stage of the Shanghai school Physical Education "One Dragon" talent training system,and the special work seminar on the school physical education "one dragon",the index pool was constructed.After two rounds of expert opinion survey,the final results were obtained in accordance with the index stop update standard,and the specific weight was obtained through the weight method of this study.The guarantee indicators will have quantitative evaluation and operational indicators combined with the first batch of high school school evaluation index system of Shanghai school sports "one dragon" talent training system.After nearly 7meetings and more than 80 person-times of expert discussion,the new version of evaluation indicators is finally obtained.And according to the new version of the evaluation indicators of Shanghai district,each project,each section of school physical education "one dragon" reserve personnel training work to investigate,analyze and summarize the problemsKey findings were as follows:(1)The quality assurance indicators of Shanghai school Sports "One dragon" reserve talents cultivation include 6 first-level indicators of outstanding sports students,coaches,cultural learning,competition,training and guarantee,23second-level indicators and 98 third-level indicators.The indicators included quantitative indicators and qualitative indicators.The index construction process met the statistical requirements through two rounds of index screening,so the indicators were considered scientific and credible.(2)The weight of each index was obtained through the weight method of this study.The first-level index weight from high to low was coach(0.1710),outstanding sports students(0.1708),competition(0.1706),training(0.1670),cultural learning(0.1612),and guarantee(0.1593).According to the current stage of "One dragon",compared with the first-level indicators,coaches,outstanding sports students,competition and other indicators are more important and have a greater impact on the quality of reserve talents training.(3)Through the online self-evaluation of the evaluation units,expert review and other steps,and according to the weight method of this evaluation work,the average score of each layout unit in Shanghai was 73.44.The organization and leadership work and popularization and development of each section and each project layout unit performed well.In the selection and improvement,we should consider the team allocation of coaches,actively organize and participate in competitions within and between the layout units,so as to provide players with opportunities to participate in high-level competitions.Due to the disconnection of "one dragon" construction under the guidance of radiation,senior high school,junior high school and primary school should realize joint resource sharing and joint training mechanism. |
