Research On The Construction Of Index System For Sustainable Development Of Competitive Gymnastics In Sichuan Province

By using the methods of literature,investigation,interview,mathematical statistics and logical analysis,this paper takes the factors involved in the development of the competitive gymnastics team in Sichuan Province as the research object,coaches,athletes and managers as the research object,and analyzes the influence factors of the coaches and managers of the competitive gymnastics training team in the sports schools in Sichuan Province on the development of the team The element and the content that can be optimized are studied.Based on the thinking of system theory and the concept of sustainable development,this paper measures the relationship between the indicators from the whole system,establishes the indicator system of sustainable development of Sichuan competitive gymnastics,combs the internal relationship in theory,further combs the survey data with SPSS software,and summarizes the results of data display.The results are as follows:(1)Based on the concept of sustainable development and the view of scientific development,this paper constructs the index system framework of sustainable development of Sichuan competitive gymnastics,which consists of four parts: the dynamic mechanism of sustainable development of Sichuan competitive gymnastics,the guarantee mechanism of sustainable development of Sichuan competitive gymnastics,the benefit mechanism of sustainable development of Sichuan competitive gymnastics,and the content mechanism of sustainable development of Sichuan competitive gymnastics It consists of 4 first level indicators,11 second level indicators and 62 third level indicators.(2)The development of the three-level indicators under the human resources guarantee system of competitive gymnastics is not harmonious,especially in the proportion of athletes and coaches.From the weight and ranking of indicators,it can be seen that in the three-level indicator system under the performance evaluation system,the weight of Sichuan competitive gymnastics financial input evaluation factor and other three-level indicator factors are not within the approximate range It can reflect the mismatch between input and output from the side,which will cause the fault of talents and the decline of sports performance in the long-term development of Sichuan competitive gymnastics.(3)The source of funds for Competitive Gymnastics in Sichuan Province is relatively single,which mainly depends on the state financial allocation.Financial allocation is still an important development indicator,which will occupy an important position in the future.The social circles will also greatly improve the emphasis on the "blood production" function of competitive gymnastics,which will also directly affect the future development of Competitive Gymnastics in Sichuan Province Exhibition trend and development scale.(4)The ranking of the number of scientific researchers and the number of action innovation in the three-level indicators under the software content system is relatively low,and the ranking of action innovation factors is also relatively low,which is a short board factor for the sustainable development of Competitive Gymnastics in Sichuan Province.According to the research results and the actual situation of the development of Competitive Gymnastics in Sichuan Province,the following suggestions are put forward:(1)Change the way of thinking and establish a long-term concept of sustainable development;(2)stimulate the potential and expand the scale;(3)adhere to people-oriented,improve the performance evaluation system,accelerate the entry of social capital,and actively adapt to the market economy;(4)improve relevant laws and regulations,ensure the vital interests of athletes and coaches,and constantly improve the quantity and quality of talent introduction;(5)Make full use of advanced scientific research results,encourage movement innovation,and improve the scientific monitoring means in the training process,so as to provide theoretical basis for the sustainable development of Competitive Gymnastics in Sichuan Province.
