The Research About Population Sustainable Development Index System Of Jilin Province

Population problem is the top issue facing the sustainable development in our country,on the study of the population problem and solving,comprehensive sustainable development theory and practice significance,the research on the premise of sustainable development,how to ensure the social,economic,resources,environment and so on various factors,on the basis of the coordinated development,to solve the population problem,comprehensive,coordinated and sustainable development,the population of is particularly important.Jilin province as an important provinces in China's regional division,and covers an area of border is longer,the assurance of pair of sustainable development in jilin province population directly affected the region sustainable development at home and abroad all aspects of the level and degree,also relates to the national policy arrangement and the stability of society,so the population research has great significance to the sustainable development index system.Population of the construction of index system of sustainable development can be achieved for the quantitative evaluation of the sustainable development of Jilin province population status and monitoring,the combination of qualitative and quantitative methods,comprehensive existing theoretical results,using the fuzzy mathematics and multivariate statistical analysis model,complete the population sustainable development degree of quantitative,it is concluded that a reasonable and scientific weighting model,the quantitative expression of Jilin province population sustainable development degree.By constructing the index system,the combination of selecting threshold standard fuzzy membership function,make the sustainable development of Jilin province population quantification comparison and trend analysis,the population of the abstract sustainable development index,finally it is concluded that could be used for research and calculation analysis of numerical evaluation,according to the calculation of the analytic hierarchy process combined with principal component analysis(pca)as a result,it is concluded that the quantitative formula of sustainable development in Jilin province population.Through the analysis of the data from2005 to 2015,Jilin province,Jilin province,index system of sustainable development of population,population factor,development and stability,but there are still problems and larger ascension space;Economic factors in the volatility is on the rise and development degree is better,but volatile,its stability is worthy;Moderately social elements in the stable rise,development,social security and social welfare aspects there are large space of ascension;Resources and environment sustainable development degree is higher,but there are fluctuations,need to pay attention to environmental protection and other factors.
