Research On The Operation And Management Of Amateur Tennis Events In Chongqing

Tennis is a very competitive project.It has a relatively perfect competition system.Our athletes show their skills on the world stage.The tennis atmosphere is growing in our country.In order to carry out the comprehensive fitness plan smoothly,we need not only professional tennis,but also amateur tennis to foil.Shancheng Chongqing is an important strategic fulcrum in the development of Western China.At present,tennis is highly promoted in Shancheng.The development of tennis events can well promote the popularity of tennis.There are many large-scale amateur tennis events in Chongqing and they are quite large.They also have their own operation management system,which provides opportunities for the development of tennis in Shancheng.The increasing number of events in the operation and management mode is uneven,and the level of athletes is also increasing,the expectation of the event is increasing,how to establish a better operation and management system is very important.This paper analyzes the current situation of the operation and management of the event from the management process of the event start,event plan,event implementation,event control and event closure,including the situation of the organizing committee,participants,competition management,publicity and promotion,event costs and sponsors,and concludes that:1.Chongqing amateur tennis tournament has formed a relatively perfect operation and management mode.The organizing committee mostly has a complete organizational structure and functional division,most of which are dominated by the government and cooperated with sports companies.There is a lack of communication and cooperation between events,so we should learn from each other and improve each other.2.More young and middle-aged participants,more men and less women,higher education level and income,system registration,points method,competition rules and regulations have also been recognized.3.The team competition is dominated by doubles,the individual competition is dominated by Evergreen Group doubles,and the youth is dominated by singles.The competition system generally adopts the group round robin and elimination system,with a set of draw and decision-making system.The competition place is mostly in the main city area,and there are many competitions arranged on weekends.Therefore,the issues such as competition item setting,competition grouping,reward setting and medical security should be improved.4.The competition information is mainly obtained through network and golf club publicity,with little involvement of news mediaand television broadcasting.The new media is fully used for the competition publicity.The government actively guides and strengthens media cooperation to build the competition brand.5.The fund of the event mainly comes from sponsorship and government funding,and the form of sponsorship is lack of innovation.The organizers should actively explore channels for more enterprises to cooperate and exchange with each other and broaden the ways of sponsorship.The government can also appropriately increase capital investment to promote the development of the event.
