Research On The Competitive Performance Characteristics Of Outstanding Male Track And Field High Jumpers At Home And Abroad

In order to expand the research perspective and ideas of the athletic performance characteristics of track and field events,this article starts with the competitive performance of outstanding male high jump athletes,combines existing theoretical methods and practices,analyzes and compares the competition data of outstanding male high jump athletes at home and abroad.Try to find the similarities and differences,and then find problems,put forward opinions and suggestions.In this study,the top eight athletes of the men's high jump events in five domestic and foreign track and field events were selected in the Rio 2016 Olympic Games,the 2017 London World Championships,the 2017 Tianjin National Games,the 2018 National Championships,and the 2019 Doha World Championships.Competitive performance is the research object,and the literature is used to analyze and research the results of the race using literature,mathematical statistics,comparative analysis,logical reasoning,and expert interviews.Five indicators of utilization rate reflect the performance characteristics of outstanding male high jump athletes at home and abroad,find out the gaps in high jump events in China,and analyze the main factors that affect the competitive performance of excellent male high jump athletes in China.The results show:1.There is still a considerable gap between the excellent results achieved in China's men's high jump events and the world level.Among them,the competition results of China's excellent men's high jump athletes are played stably at a low ability level,and the overall competitive performance of pole vault athletes is poor.2.From the perspective of take-off height,the overall competitive strength of China's outstanding male high jump athletes is relatively poor,and the internal strength is greatly disparate.From the perspective of the percentage of take-off height as a result of the championship,there is not much difference from the world level.Among them,There are many problems for high jumpers in choosing the takeoff height,and pole vaulters need to adjust their respective takeoff heights appropriately.3.China's elite male high jumpers are generally higher than foreign athletes,and China's pole vaulters have a greater change in the number of times of rise.The overall performance is that China's high jumpers have too many times of rise.4.China's outstanding male high jumpers tend to perform multiple skip-free jumps at different test jump heights,and the number of skip-free jumps in the first half of the test jump height is significantly more than the other half,and the last 1-3 heights Basically,continuous test jump is selected.The skip-free tactics are obviously used in the early stage of the competition,but it is not tactical in the height of the ranking.The continuous test jump ability and special endurance are poor.5.The test success rate of China 's outstanding male high jump athletes is at a low level,with a large proportion of athletes playing abnormally.The “Clark phenomenon” is common when participating in world competitions,which has become a stumbling block for the development of China 's male high jump events.Technology and personal airframe capabilities need to be strengthened.6.The influencing factors of the competitive performance of China's excellent male high jump athletes are mainly subjective factors(competitive strength,competition experience,psychological environment,temperament type)and objective factors(sports injuries,competition environment,coaches,competition rules),Minimizing the impact of different factors on the athletic performance of Chinese athletes is the key to solving the problem.
