Sichuan Xinchen Sports Art School(hereinafter referred to as Xinchen School),as the first sports training school in Sichuan Province(founded in 1997),has a history of 23 years.It has successfully trained more than 100,000 young children and mastered swimming skills based on the school concept of “Let sports fit into life”,and won more than 5,000 medals in sports competitions at all levels.enormous contributions.In 2004,Xinchen began to explore a new way to implement "school-school cooperation" with a forward-looking sense of innovation,and opened the door to cooperation with schools by "anti-drowning",successively with Longjiang Road Primary School,Jinsha Primary School,Chengdu Paulowner Middle School,etc.22 primary and secondary schools and kindergartens cooperate.The new path of "School-School Cooperation" solves the problem of lack of swimming facilities and professional teachers in primary and secondary schools.The school-school cooperation through the school bus to carry out the form of courses to ensure the safety of students;through the establishment of the school team and the "miaozi class" training method,training "study-in-train","cultural and military" swimming talents,after 16 years In practice,more than 15,000 people have received anti-drowning safety education,and more than 12,000 people have been trained to master swimming skills.The output of talents from both culture and military and the expansion of the cooperation scale prove that the development of "school-school cooperation" is a successful path and it is worth studying.In view of this,the basic experience of Xinchen School's implementation of "School-School Cooperation" is studied,with a view to providing references for other schools and clubs to implement "School-School Cooperation",to solve the popularization of swimming for primary and middle school students,and to train swimming talents who "study together".This article uses the literature method,interview method,questionnaire survey method,field survey method,and mathematical statistics method.The basic experience of Xinchen School's implementation of "School-School Cooperation" is used as the research object.The principals,managers,and staff of Xinchen School are studied.As well as surveys and interviews with leaders,teachers,and students of cooperative schools,the study concluded that:(1)Xinchen's advanced innovation consciousness created a new win-win situation for the “school-school cooperation” tripartite;(2)Xinchen gained trust with a good industry reputation.Successfully cooperated with multiple schools;(3)"Tripartite linkage" and school bus transfer measures to ensure the implementation of "School-School Cooperation";(4)Set up swimming lessons,set up school team seedling classes,thicken "tower base",and train "training and training" talents(5)It is difficult to continue to expand the scale of the school bus,which is an important reason affecting the further development of "school-school cooperation";(6)The mobility of coaches is too large,which affects the training effect of "school-school cooperation" to a certain extent.In view of the difficulties existing in the implementation of "School-School Cooperation" in Xinchen School,the following suggestions are proposed:(1)Promote the basic experience of Xinchen School in implementing "School-School Cooperation";(2)Suggest that Xinchen School actively communicate with the government to solve the problem of school bus operation license(3)It is suggested that Xinchen School improve its internal talent construction and reduce the difficulty of brain drain;(4)It is recommended to use new media technology to build a communication platform between coaches and parents.
