| Badminton is a skill-dominated net-based confrontational sport.Its characteristics are mainly fast,accurate,hard,and live.This project has higher requirements on the physical fitness of badminton players.Athletes need to perform a series of actions on the court such as emergency stop,sharp turn,start,vacate,swing,etc.This puts high demands on athletes’ speed,strength,sensitivity,endurance,coordination,stability and flexibility In the face of such fierce competition and high-intensity and heavy-load training,this determines that badminton players must have good physical fitness to better play a higher level of competition.Functional training is a theory and method to strengthen neuromuscular working ability training,which can provide an important guarantee for efficient special qualities.Although it has developed well early,it is basically applied in the field of medical rehabilitation;it is now used in the field of sports Gradually expanded,but the current research on the application of functional training in badminton events is still in its infancy,and a complete set of functional training methods for badminton events has not yet been formed.This article mainly explores the impact of functional training methods on the physical fitness of badminton players.It adopts literature data method,experimental method,questionnaire survey method and mathematical statistics method.20 badminton school team athletes from Chengdu Institute of Physical Education are taken as subjects and tested by FMS After testing the scores of various physical fitness related indicators,they were randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group,and they were followed up for 12 weeks.The control group’s physical fitness training after class was traditional,and the experimental group was studying in normal classes.After the physical training,perform functional training.Research indicates:(1)Functional training can effectively improve the body functionality of badminton players.After 12 weeks of functional training in the experimental group,the scores of each action mode of the FMS test are significantly higher than before the experiment and higher than the control group;However,the scores of the control group FMS test before and after the various action modes were not significantly improved.It shows that functional training can effectively solve the defects of badminton players’ low-quality action modes,poor trunk strength,body compensation,and imbalance on both sides,and can reduce the risk of sports injury.(2)After the training group passed the test of 5 * 10 meters in the speed quality test,the test index was P> 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference inthe experimental group and no statistical significance;therefore,it was inferred that functional training was effective for badminton players The improvement of speed quality is not obvious.(3)After passing the training,the experimental group has a strength of neutral and long jump.The test index is P <0.05 and the badminton long throw test index is P<0.01,which indicates that the experimental group has significant differences and has statistical significance;Functional training can significantly improve the strength and quality of badminton athletes.(4)After the training group passed the 30-second double shake jump in the sensitivity index of the test group after training,P <0.01,indicating that the experimental group has a very significant difference and has statistical significance;therefore,it is concluded that functional training can significantly improve badminton The sensitive qualities of the project athletes.(5)After the training group passed the test,the six-point pace(20 balls)in the endurance quality test index P <0.05,indicating that the experimental group has significant differences and has statistical significance;therefore,functional training is inferred Can significantly improve the endurance quality of badminton athletes.(6)After the training group passed the test,the seated body flexed forward in the flexible quality test index P> 0.05,indicating that there was no significant difference in the experimental group and no statistical significance.Therefore,it is inferred that functional training does not significantly improve the flexibility of badminton athletes. |
