after the development of social economy and the improvement of people's living standard,sports venues have gradually become the main material carrier of sports industry,and their aggregation has formed the emerging cluster of sports industry--urban sports complex.As a derivative part of the urban complex,the urban sports complex breaks through the business model of the traditional shopping mall,brings more sensory experience and forms a multi-angle ecological chain,further expanding the project radiation capacity of the urban complex.In recent years,with the support of policies,the promotion of "healthy sichuan",the goal of strengthening the province in sports,and the construction of chengdu international sports city,tianfu Olympic sports city came into being.As the leading project of chengdu's "moving east" strategy,tianfu Olympic sports city has great functions and traction.It focuses on taking the Olympic Games as its dream,through the introduction of international and domestic high-end events as the carrier,and the hosting of top-level conferences and exhibitions,it creates new impetus and infrastructure for the city's construction,and catalyzes the development of a new sports industry.As a large urban sports complex,multi-venue,multi-functional collection,how to better and efficiently allocate capital resources has become an urgent problem to be solved in the construction process.This paper hopes to study the investment and financing mode of large-scale stadiums in the current urban sports complex,summarize the experience of the mature mode,and discuss the investment and financing mode of tianfu Olympic sports city construction,so as to provide some reference for the development of urban sports complex.Based on this,this paper firstly collects the related data of tianfu Olympic sports city through the literature analysis method,sorts out the relevant literature on the current investment and financing of China's sports industry,and at the same time sorts out the overall domestic urban complex,urban sports complex,the relationship between large sports venues and relevant literature,and determines the research object of this paper.Secondly,through field investigation and expert interview,I have a further understanding of the research object of this paper and obtain relevant data.At the same time through the multi-case analysis of China's large sports venues and domestic and foreign investment and financing model of urban sports complex research and analysis;Finally,by using the comparative analysis method,not onlytianfu Olympic sports city and the current urban sports complex at home and abroad were compared and analyzed,but also the different investment and financing modes of tianfu Olympic sports city itself were analyzed,and various combination modes suitable for the development investment and financing of tianfu Olympic sports city were obtained.Through analysis and research,the following conclusions are preliminarily drawn:(1)the strong support of national policies,the clear development orientation of the city,the large amount of investment of funds,and the undertaking and holding of international competitions are the advantages of the development of tianfu Olympic sports city.(2)the analysis and study of Tianfu Olympic city is focused on investment and financing mode,at the same time by eight pieces in a plate,three different types of venues,two in the area of large sports complex,investment is large,partner,long construction cycle cases each advantages and disadvantages of each separate investment and financing mode in a variety of investment and financing mode optimization combination will be more conducive to the development,to achieve double benefits of economic and social benefits.(3)there are certain risks in the investment and financing of tianfu Olympic sports city.The impact of the influx of a large number of foreign capital and the difference in the construction layout will bring about the change of investment and financing combination mode.In the construction of urban sports complex,it is the general trend to promote the reform of traditional investment and financing mode and change to diversified investment and financing mode.(4)government-led investment and financing is still the main mode,but the government's role in the investment and financing mode is gradually changing from the "dominant player" to the "promoter",to attract more social capital to enter,and to expand the public-private joint venture mode.(5)with the diversification of investment and financing modes,more and more professional talents are needed to join the analysis and operation management,and the system and legal guarantee also need to be improved.
