As the future successor and the backbone of the country,the health of young people is highly valued by the country,and the health of students as the main body of young people is more concerned by all sectors of society.Judging from the health big data in recent years,many diseases have become younger,such as diabetes;some infectious diseases have begun to spread among students,such as AIDS,and the prevalence of AIDS among college students has risen rapidly,which is very similar to the lack of prevention awareness among students themselves Great relationship.Therefore,the education of disease prevention knowledge should be carried out for teenager as soon as possible,early education on disease prevention and knowledge,so that young people see and prevent early,can also reduce the possibility of disease rate.At the middle school level,biology is the basis of medical science,and much of it is related to medicine.It is the one of the best choices for the education of disease knowledge.The author looked up the literature on disease knowledge education in the biology teaching on CNKI,and found that the current research on implementing disease knowledge education or health education in biology teaching is not much,and most of them describe the feasibility and strategy aspects,but very few actually do experimental research.This article starts from actual experimental research and draws conclusions based on experimental data.The author took class 2 and class 5 of senior 2 of Songshuqiao Middle School in Chongqing as the research object and used action research method to study whether penetrating disease prevention knowledge education in high school biology teaching is conducive to strengthening students' understanding of disease prevention and correction,then correct own unhealthy behavior habits,choose a healthy lifestyle.In this study,Class 5 of senior 2 was used as an experimental class to infiltrate the knowledge of disease prevention and control in conventional biology teaching;class 2 was used as a contrast class for normal biology teaching.This research was mainly based on the knowledge of high school biology textbook "steady state and environment",selected diseases that are related to textbook knowledge,have a higher prevalence,and attracted more attention from society to infiltrate disease knowledge education.The data was collected in the form of pre-test and post-test questionnaires,which were divided into three aspects: knowledge of disease knowledge,attitudes to disease prevention and control,and behaviors in disease prevention and control.The data processed mainly used Excel and SPSS software.The results of the study showed that in the understanding of disease knowledge,the experimental class has changed significantly in the two surveys(P(27)0.01);in the attitude to disease prevention and treatment,the experimental class students have significantly improved(P(27)0.01);similarly,in the behavior of disease prevention and treatment,There were significant changes(P(27)0.01)in the experimental class;however,the students in the control class had no significant changes(P(29)0.05)in the knowledge of the disease,attitudes and behaviors on the prevention and treatment of the disease compared with the two surveys.From this point of view,it has a positive effect on increasing students' understanding of disease knowledge and correcting students' attitudes and behaviors on disease prevention to infiltrate disease knowledge education in high school biology teaching,but if a significant impact is to be formed from the social level,then It requires the joint efforts of many front-line teachers and social groups.
