Since Premier Li Keqiang proposed the "Innovation and Entrepreneurship Education" plan in the government work report in 2015,maker education has become a hot topic.As a new way of learning,maker education is a kind of ability focused education.It focuses on "problem exploration and hands-on practice" and takes the cultivation of students' creative ability as the research core.Compared with the traditional education,design-based learning provides an operable model for the practical maker education,which emphasizes the characteristics of design,iteration and achievement of learning,pays attention to the multiple intelligence development of students,and pays more attention to the development of innovation and entrepreneurship ability of college students.This study combines the problems of lack of innovation and entrepreneurship,lack of practical and innovative problems and so on.It attempts to integrate the two inquiry learning methods of design learning and creative education as an innovative research perspective,and better explore the learning way to enhance learners' innovative and entrepreneurial ability in the "Internet plus" era.In order to solve the problems which existing in the current innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum and the lack of learners' innovation and entrepreneurship ability,this study starts from the goal demands of innovation and entrepreneurship education curriculum and the reform requirements of ability development,based on the analysis of the consistency between design-based learning and maker education,guided by the constructivism learning theory,"learning by doing" theory,project-based learning theory and activity theory.According to the content of innovation and entrepreneurship education courses and the characteristics of learners,this paper constructs a maker teaching mode based on learning by design,which provides a set of practical learning methods for the teaching practice of entrepreneurship and innovation.Then,teaching design and practice according to this model,the teaching cases of innovation and entrepreneurship education courses are selected according to this mode for teaching design,and this model is applied to teaching practice.In the end,the author analyzes the effect of design-based learning on the innovation and Entrepreneurship of learners and the innovation and entrepreneurship classroom teaching through questionnaire,questionnaire,student works and interviews between teachers and students.According to the research,it is found that the Maker Teaching Model based on Design-Based Leaning enriches students' learning experience.Learners can effectively cultivate students' innovation and entrepreneurship ability,improve students' learning level by the iterative learning design and the process of generating creativity in practice.When implementing the teaching mode of design maker,the key is not the number of tasks completed,but the practice and improvement of works in multiple iterations.In the implementation of teaching mode,project inspiration,group exploration,hands-on creation and multiple evaluation are the innovation of Maker Teaching Mode of design learning.This study provides a practical teaching mode for the entrepreneurship and innovation course,and explores a set of teaching design,teaching implementation process and scientific evaluation system,which provides a new idea for the development of innovation and entrepreneurship courses in the future.
