In recent years,the rise of a large number of Maker Movements and Makerspaces has received attention from schools,society,and even the government.At the same time,it has also caused the education industry to pay attention to and cultivate students' creativity,innovation awareness,and innovation ability.Then,Maker Education(ME)has become a hot spot of the moment.As a popular form of education at present,ME has also become a hot issue for many scholars and educational institutions.More and more middle schools and colleges and universities are offering related courses.The development tendency of ME is strong in our country.Since 2014,there has been an increasing trend of research on ME.However,the number of researches on the evaluation system of ME,which occupies a small proportion in research of ME,is still relatively small.Therefore,the evaluation system of ME needs more research,which leads to the main direction of this study.Through the study and analysis of the ME and its evaluation system,this study aims to build a Learning Platform for ME in Primary and Secondary School(LPMEPSS),and design and implement an evaluation system of ME while popularizing the ME in primary and secondary schools.This study selects the Mircoduino mCookie creative kit as the teaching content,the Moodle platform as the online-learning realization platform,adopts the CIPP evaluation model as the main evaluation framework to improve and perfect the learning platform and form an evaluation system for the ME learning platform.The work of this study can be summarized as follows:First,select and design teaching programs.According to the functions and teaching objectives of the modules in the kit,combined with the characteristics of the operational courses and online-learning,this study divided the teaching content into different projects and designed teaching.Then,construct the evaluation system.According to the characteristics of the online-learning platform and ME,this study adopts the CIPP evaluation model to improve and perfect the evaluation model.And combining with the relevant requirements,of instructional design,this study designs a learning-platform evaluation system,respectively from the context,input,process and product of the learning-platform.Finally,achieve the learning-platform and the evaluation model.This study builds Moodle platform as the platform of LPMEPSS,and achieves questionnaire survey,curriculum module and evaluation module by the design of website management,curriculum management and learning management.The advantage of the evaluation system designed in this study is to continuously improve and perfect the learning platform through the evaluation by teachers and learners.After continuous improvement and improvement,it is hoped that the evaluation module designed in this study can be extended to other learning platforms.
