Case Social Work Service For Personal-centered Therapy To Promote Perceived Social Support For Patients With Recurrence Of Ovarian Cancer

Ovarian cancer is a hidden gynecological malignant tumor,70% of ovarian cancer patients were found to be in advanced stage,and lack of effective treatment programs.There is a high probability of recurrence or metastasis after surgery,and the 5-year survival rate is only about 30%.When ovarian cancer suffers from the psychological stress of disease recurrence,it is prone to many psychological problems,such as doubts about the effectiveness of later treatment,lack of confidence in treatment,fear of the chemotherapy process,the idea of giving up treatment,decreased sense of self-worth,negative emotions and so on.The emergence of these psychological problems will have a negative effect on the patient's prognosis.The perceived social support can have a positive effect on the physical and mental health of individuals through a variety of mechanisms.Therefore,it is necessary to improve the psychological status of patients with recurrent ovarian cancer from the promotion of patients' with recurrent ovarian cancer perceived social support,and to create a good condition for the treatment of patients' diseases.The case work method in social work,integrating theories of psychology,sociology and other disciplines of the theory,through professional case process to estimate analyze,formulate intervention programs and conduct intervention and evaluation,can be based on the specific characteristics of each case,for different Clients provide more appropriate services.The researchers selected two patients with ovarian cancer recurrence with the same basic condition and low level of perceived social support as the research object,and one of the ovarian cancer recurrence patients as the case leader,and the other as the control group.,using the method of case social work,guided by personal-centered therapy,to enhance the intervention of ovarian cancer recurrence patients,to intervene in patients with recurrent ovarian cancer,Thereby enhancing the patient's perceived social support,adjusting the patient's psychological state,and creating good conditions for the treatment of their disease.This study is divided into five chapters.The first chapter mainly includes the background of the topic selection,the significance of the study and the literature review.The second chapter mainly introduces the design of research,including theoretical basis,research ideas,research methods and research tools.The third chapter mainly introduces the preparation work before the case intervention,including the selection of the research object,the estimation of the case owner,the intervention target and plan of the case owner.The fourth chapter is the main chapter of this study,which mainly introduces the implementation process of case intervention,including extracting and evaluating excerpts and evaluation of six intervention processes.The main content of the first intervention is to establish professional relations with the case owner.In the second to fifth interventions,the social workers promote the self-expression of the case-maker through sincere,unconditional positive attention and understanding,and explore with the case-holder through the techniques of inquiry,interpretation,emotional reflection and so on,and explore their self-concept and the phenomenon of their own social support after the recurrence of the disease.To analyze the value conditions and sources in their self-concept,so as to change the patient's self-concept,make them evaluate their own and social support more objectively,and take corresponding actions to enhance their perceived social support.The sixth intervention is the last,the main content of which is to consolidate the results of case services and complete the completion of the relevant work.The evaluation part mainly tests the effectiveness of case service from both process and results.The fifth chapter is mainly about the summary,reflection and suggestion of this study.First of all,the researchers summarized the main work carried out in this study and affirmed the main achievements of the Institute.Secondly,the researchers reflected on the problems and shortcomings of this study by reviewing the three stages of preparation,process and evaluation of case intervention.Finally,on the basis of the summarizing and reflecting of the whole study,the researchers put forward some suggestions to improve the psychological state of ovarian cancer recurrence patients.First,patients with recurrent ovarian cancer should treat their own situation objectively and improve their self-acceptance.At the same time,they should strengthen communication with others and develop their own interests and hobbies.Second,case medical social workers should comprehensively collect information related to patient problems,improve their theoretical and practical ability through the study of relevant theories and practical skills,and master certain common knowledge of medical nursing.Third,family members should accompany and take care of patients,understanding some basic psychological knowledge,timely guidance and adjust the emotions of patients and themselves.Fourth,for the hospital,the hospital's medical staff should establish a good relationship between the doctor and the patient through the sincere care of the patient.The administrative department of the hospital should improve the construction of the hospital's recreational facilities and enrich the patient's inpatient life.Ovarian cancer department needs to establish ovarian cancer friends exchange group,regularly push the relevant medical care knowledge,and encourage patients to share their own treatment experience,enhance their confidence of treatment.Fifth,the government should improve the rescue policy for ovarian cancer patients,bring more anti-cancer drugs against recurrent ovarian cancer into the scope of medical insurance,strengthen the knowledge of ovarian cancer,encourage women to carry out early screening,and attach importance to the development of medical social work,strengthen the construction of medical and social work professionals.
