A Case Study On The Construction Of Special School Sports In Xinxiang City

At the end of the 20 th century,with the introduction of the "sports power" strategy,school sports,as the foundation and an important part of the construction of sports powe r,has become one of the "hot spots" in academic discussions.As the main body of scho ol physical education,the physical and psychological characteristics of the youth group develop rapidly,grasp the critical period,strengthen physical exercise is conducive to th e physical and mental "health promotion" of the young students.In order to actively pro mote the development of school education and physical education and comprehensively improve the physical fitness level of young students,the state has successively issued a series of policy documents,such as the "Healthy China 2030" Program outline,to guide and plan the direction and development of school physical education.Based on the guid ance of national policy and many years of work experience,the construction of "sports c haracteristic" in xinxiang junior high school campus presents a good situation of rich co ntent,diverse forms,effective organization and implementation,and remarkable achieve ments in characteristic construction.But there are still some problems such as the charac teristic regional driving effect is not prominent.Therefore,the study on the characteristi c construction of school physical education has important theoretical significance and pr actical value for promoting the reform and development of school physical education in the region.This study using the method of documentary,investigation,case study method and other methods,through the construction of xinxiang city sports characteristic excellent j unior middle school to the on-the-spot investigation,in-depth sports teaching class,to p articipate in extracurricular sports activities,to inspect after school sports training and c ompetition,excellent summary,analysis of existing problems,put forward Suggestions f or improvement.In order to promote the rapid development of xinxiang school sports c haracteristic construction,and then play its positive role in the national fitness activities.The results show that :(1)the construction of "sports characteristic" in xinxiang no.2 middle school has clear and specific plans at the macro level and feasible and effectiv e measures at the micro level.The strong support of school leaders is a strong guarantee for the development and implementation of school sports characteristic project.(2)Xin xiang No.2 Middle School selects featured games to organize and carry out activities ac cording to the characteristics of adolescent physical and mental development in terms ofPE classroom teaching methods,organizing forms of recess exercise activities,organizi ng and managing featured sports teams,which greatly arouse the enthusiasm of students to participate in "sports";(3)Xinxiang No.2 Middle School provides a good human,fi nancial and material guarantee for the construction of featured sports from the aspects o f the safety of venue facilities and equipment,teachers' subsidies and incentive system,etc.,to ensure the smooth development of featured sports;(4)The regional driving effec t of xinxiang No.2 Middle School's sports characteristic construction has appeared preli minarily.Research Suggestions :(1)the characteristic construction of school physical ed ucation should make a relatively complete plan,and integrate characteristic sports into e very link of physical education teaching class,recess exercise activity,extracurricular p hysical activity,sports team training competition and campus physical culture constructi on,so as to fully reflect the "characteristic" of school physical education;(2)Actively a pply for characteristic sports demonstration schools,strive for the support from school l eaders,teachers,students and superiors,and create conditions for the construction and d evelopment of characteristic sports schools;(3)Demonstration schools with sports char acteristics should make full use of and give full play to the positive role of school sports in campus cultural construction;(4)Strengthen the safeguard measures in the impleme ntation process,constantly improve and summarize experience and lessons,to ensure th e effective construction of school sports characteristics.
