| In the context of the current new curriculum reform,with the continuous development of education,many new teaching concepts and teaching methods emerge.Happy teaching once again enters the school vision,and is more and more popular in primary and secondary education.The implementation of happy teaching in the ideological and political classroom is based on the characteristics of the ideological and political discipline itself and the actual development situation,and insists on promoting students’ learning.The implementation of happy teaching in Ideological and political course will play an important role in promoting the development of education.Through the full study and research of happy teaching,this paper summarizes the connotation of happy teaching in Ideological and political course,makes investigation and interview based on the significance of happy teaching implementation in Ideological and political course,investigates the current situation of happy teaching implementation in Ideological and political course,and finds that students’ learning enthusiasm in happy teaching in Ideological and political course is significantly improved,teachers’ work enthusiasm is increased,teachers and students’ enthusiasm is increased The relationship is more harmonious;however,there are many problems,such as the low proportion of students participating in the happy classroom,the over active classroom,the difficult management of teachers,the mere formality of happy teaching,the low teaching effect,the main evaluation method of school based on examination results,and the incomplete understanding of the essence of happy teaching by teachers.The main reason for these problems is the theory of Ideological and political knowledge It is difficult for students to understand,for teachers to grasp the relationship between "strictness" and "kindness",for the one-sided influence of traditional instillation teaching,for example,the college entrance examination has a single command teaching and evaluation index,for teachers’ own quality and teaching ability.In order to solve the problems in the implementation of the happy teaching of Ideological and political course,this paper puts forward specific measures from four aspects: enhancing the teaching skills of political teachers,establishing a harmonious relationship between teachers and students,creating a good classroom environment,and improving the evaluation system.According to the experience in teaching practice,and communicate with the excellent political teachers in the front line,design a class with the idea of happy teaching,carry out teaching reflection on the teaching process,and find some shortcomings,such as: the evaluation of students after answering questions is not in place;the inspiration for students is not enough;the concept and teaching methods of cooperation and exploration are not fully used in practice,etc There are still some problems that need to be further explored and improved so as to truly realize happy teaching. |
