Elementary education is the education that lays the foundation for life.Primary school teachers are the enlighteners and guides for the growth of children.This mission reminds us that every educator should have a diligent and prudent mentality in the face of those young hearts Taking "educating people" as their own responsibility is the fundamental driving force for teachers' professional development.As a teacher,you must have an active learning attitude and actively participate in learning practices in order to be able to gain a foothold in the ever-changing education and teaching reform and development.Elementary school teachers must practice the concept of lifelong learning to ensure the advanced nature of their thinking in order to avoid being eliminated by the times.Teachers 'school-based learning is a bottom-up,learner-centered professional learning,and is a kind of learning that conforms to the characteristics of adult learning.Its main purpose is to promote the sustainable and high-quality development of teachers' own professions.Due to the vocational nature,it is difficult for elementary school teachers to leave their posts.School-based learning emphasizes on real teaching life situations,discovers and solves problems according to their growth needs,and effectively makes up for the disadvantages of top-down training or advanced studies.On the basis of combing predecessor's "teacher-based learning" research,the author carried out a survey and research on the current situation of school-based learning for elementary school teachers in X city by means of questionnaires and interviews,starting from the existing problems of school-based learning in three elementary school teachers in the city,and proposed Corresponding support strategy.The thesis is divided into five parts: The first part explains the research reason of this research,combs the literature review of teacher learning research at home and abroad,clarifies the related concepts of teacher learning,school-based learning,teacher-based learning,and defines on this basis The concept of teacher-based learning in this paper is introduced,and the research ideas and methods are introduced.The second part sorts out and introduces the relevant theories of teachers' school-based learning,including their content and characteristics,theoretical basis,and significance.The third part uses questionnaire surveys and interviews to investigate the school-based learning status of elementary school teachers in city X.Based on the research purpose and design of survey tools,the dimensions include their learning purposes,learningneeds,learning content,methods,and learning activities.The investigation results were explained accordingly.The fourth part is an in-depth analysis of the problems in the survey of teachers' school-based learning.The results of the survey found that: emphasis on external requirements in learning needs and neglect of individual internal learning needs;learning content is difficult to meet the needs of practical work;the choice of learning methods tends to be conservative and rigid;the flow of learning activities is formalized,resulting in weak effects;etc.The reasons are analyzed as follows: teachers' perceptions of school-based learning are biased;training content ignores the characteristics of adult learning;instilled views of learning solidify the learning style;and the poor environment of learning activities leads to formalization.The fifth part is supporting strategies and recommendations.Related supporting strategies for promoting school-based learning for elementary school teachers include integrating teachers' internal needs and external requirements;enriching problem-solving-oriented learning content;adopting a diversified learning approach based on the facts;and creating a supportive social organization environment for joint learning.
