Research On The Predicament And Path Of Social Work Intervention In "Bridge Workers"

With the rapid development of market economy,a number of unique professional workers--"bridge workers" have emerged in our country.In recent years,with the increase of the number of such workers,the problems they face have become more prominent.As a profession,social work has gradually become accepted by the public as a buffer against social problems,and we have come to realize that social work can and needs to play a role in the intervention of such groups.First of all,this study of J city in Shanxi Province "the bridge workers" the weak group as the investigation object,through questionnaire investigation,interview method to collect data,understand the state of the economy and living condition of the group,mainly from the perspective of economic development,social relations,salary payment,entertainment,children education,social security and other aspects to explore "the bridge workers" group of the main difficulties.Secondly,this paper takes a "bridgehead worker" in J city,Shanxi province as the key intervention object,takes horticultural therapy as the intervention method,combines the theoretical basis of its social support and ecosystem,analyzes the causes of the "bridgehead worker" 's dilemma from different perspectives,and explores a feasible path in line with the professional concept of social work.In the process of intervention,the case practice of social work intervention should be supplemented by the case study of social work intervention,especially the intervention strategy of emotional problems,so as to propose operable solutions to the plight of the vulnerable group of "bridge workers" involved in social work.Finally,from the social level,policy level,government level and relevant social organization level,this paper analyzes and reflects on the current situation and predicament of this group,and predicts the future development direction of the intervention of this group.
