Education is the foundation of a hundred years plan,and teachers are the foundation of an education plan.General high school education is the advanced stage of basic education and the link between basic education and higher education.To improve the quality of general high school education in an all-round way is very important for the country to cultivate new people who are responsible for national rejuvenation.The key to improve the quality of high school education is to build a high-quality and professional team of high school teachers.As there is still a huge gap between urban and rural areas,rural high school teachers have become a depression in the construction of high school teachers in China.Improving the quality of the construction of rural high school teachers is of great significance for promoting the education balance and education equity in China.This paper takes three rural high schools in X city of J Province as an example to study the problems existing in the construction of rural high school teachers' team,in order to provide reference and reference for promoting the construction of rural high school teachers' team.Through the literature method,this study has looked up the articles and monographs about the construction of rural senior high school teachers at home and abroad,studied the documents and reports related to the construction of senior high school teachers issued by the state;through the survey method,it has carried out a questionnaire survey on the basic situation of the construction of teachers in three rural senior high schools in X city,J Province,and conducted individual interviews with relevant leaders and teachers.Through investigation and research,combined with equity theory,ERG theory and teachers' professional development theory,it is found that the construction of rural senior high school teachers' team is unbalanced and unreasonable;the stability of teachers' team is poor and the loss is serious;teachers' salaries are low and survival needs and related needs cannot be effectively met;teachers' professional burnout is serious and their work enthusiasm is not high;teachers' Specialty Problems such as difficulties in industry development and unsatisfied growth needs.Further analysis from the three levels of government,rural high school and rural high school teachers shows that the main causes of the above problems are the substantial gap between urban and rural areas,and the government's performance is still insufficient;the management concept of rural high school is backward,the management system needs to be improved and implemented effectively;the professional development path of rural high school teachers is limited,and the work performance is not obvious.Based on the above problems,this paper puts forward that we should increase the government's macro-control,narrow the substantive gap between urban and rural areas,give full play to the government's functions,improve the implementation of the security system;implement the moral education,establish a long-term mechanism for the construction of teachers' morality,improve the scientific and reasonable evaluation and incentive mechanism;attach importance to the education of rural high school teachers,give full play to their subjective initiative,improve the training mechanism,and help teachers Professional growth,school characteristics to stimulate the vitality of teachers' innovation,school diversification to enhance the sense of achievement of teachers' teaching and other strategies.Through various ways to promote the construction of rural high school teachers,so that the rural high school teachers develop well.
