Education is the grand plan of the state and the party.The need for higher education,scientific knowledge and excellent talents is more urgent than ever before.With the development of China's higher education from popularization to popularization,how to improve the quality of personnel training has become the focus of the society.In February 2019,the "China education modernization 2035" issued by the CPC Central Committee and the State Council pointed out: "strengthen the construction of innovation system in Institutions of higher learning,build a number of world-class National Science and technology innovation bases,strengthen the research of application bases,and comprehensively improve the original innovation capacity of institutions of higher learning." It can be seen that innovation ability and consciousness have become an important factor in the quality assessment of higher education.The past development model based on quantitative expansion has been out of date and unsustainable.In order to achieve sustained,healthy and high-quality development of higher education in China,we must change from quantitative expansion to qualitative improvement,adhere to innovation guidance,and take the connotative development path with quality improvement as the core.To take the road of connotative development,we must pay attention to many factors in the process of education and the process quality of education.This paper selects two factors of "student teacher interaction" and "high-level learning" in the process of education to study the relationship between them and students' learning gains.As a social activity,education is actually an activity between teachers and students to promote the positive development of individuals.The interaction between teachers and students is the true embodiment of this activity.Higher learning is a necessary learning method for students in the process of learning under the innovative development strategy.However,there are many problems that need to be corrected in the interaction between teachers and students at this stage,and low-level mechanical learning is still the main learning method adopted by students.Therefore,we must:first of all,change "teacher-student interaction" into "student teacher interaction",enrich the connotation and form of teacher-student interaction,make teacher-student interaction more effective,and provide strong support for improving the quality of education.Secondly,we should change students' learning style,change low-level learning and mechanical learning into high-level learning.Only by making students' learning "live",can we promote students' innovation consciousness "strong".Thirdly,in the evaluation of the quality of higher education,we should change the evaluation orientation of only achievement evaluation students and only entrance rate evaluation schools,build a scientific classification,systematic and comprehensive multi-dimensional,three-dimensional evaluation system,and form an evaluation orientation aimed at promoting comprehensive education,strengtheningcomprehensive quality,and highlighting morality and ability.In this paper,a sample survey of more than 2000 students in n University is conducted by using the 2018 Chinese college students' learning and development questionnaire.On the basis of mastering the basic information of student teacher interaction,high-level learning and learning harvest,this paper analyzes the relationship between the internal logic of student teacher interaction,high-level learning and learning harvest,and probes into the correlation mechanism among them.Taking higher-level learning as the intermediary variable of the influence of student teacher interaction on learning gains,this paper constructs the intermediary effect model of student teacher interaction,higher-level learning and learning gains,and draws the conclusion of the relationship among the three through the analysis of current situation,demographic variables and correlation.On the basis of data analysis,this paper proposes three ways to improve students' learning gains.At the school level,it is necessary to further strengthen the construction of the teaching staff and improve the teaching evaluation system in order to promote the interaction between students and teachers,enhance the high-level learning and improve the learning harvest;at the teacher level,it is necessary to further change the education concept,enrich the teaching methods and increase the interactive input to help students improve the learning harvest;at the student level,it is necessary to further strengthen the independent learning and enhance the interaction with teachers Initiative,to improve themselves.
