Research On The Cooperative Cultivation Of Ideal And Will In High School Students' Ideological And Political Education

High school is a critical stage in the formation of youth's world outlook,outlook on life and values.The ideal and will education in high school ideological and political education has a fundamental role in the establishment of a scientific world outlook,outlook on life and values.Our party attaches great importance to the cultivation of youth's ideals and beliefs.General Secretary Xi Jinping believes that ideals and beliefs are "spiritual calcium",and puts forward the message and expectations of young people to "strengthen their ideals and convictions,stand on the people's stand,cultivate excellent skills,and devote themselves to strengthening the country." Ideals cannot be achieved without will.General Secretary Xi not only emphasizes the establishment of correct ideals,but also emphasizes the realization of ideals with a strong will.He not only proposes to "set up ambitions",but also emphasizes to be "strugglers"."Ideal" and the "will" to achieve the ideal are the "positive energy" necessary for youth,and they complement the "hard skill" of scientific knowledge.This thesis is divided into five parts.The introduction introduces the reasons for selecting topics and related domestic and foreign reviews.The three chapters of the main body are developed according to the principles of asking questions,analyzing problems and trying to solve them.In order to understand the actual situation of post-2000 s generation,a questionnaire was drafted,and an ordinary high school and a key high school in the surrounding area were selected for the survey.Due to the limited conditions,100 questionnaires were distributed and recovered in full.The statistical results show that more than four-fifths of the respondents are yearning for a "better future",but more than half of the respondents have no ideals or only have vague ideals;their will exercise mainly comes from sports and learning activities.And cooperative cultivation of ideal and will is relatively unfamiliar for them.Given that the textbooks of general psychology and pedagogy lack the connection between ideal and will,Chapter 2 attempts to expound the rationale for the co-cultivation of ideal and will from three aspects.The first is to start from the reality of life(including the summary of Mr.Cai Yuanpei,etc.)and grasp the ideal,will and their relationship;the second is to study and comprehend the relevant expositions of Marx and the Chinese Communists.The third isto learn from the ideological heritage of inspirational education in Chinese culture.From these three angles,the theoretical basis for the cooperative cultivation of ideals and will is to try to proceed from reality,take Marxism as a guide,and adhere to the Chinese cultural standpoint.The third chapter discusses the content and methods of the collaborative cultivation of ideal and will.Finally,according to the requirements,I choose the second section of the tenth lesson of the Ideological and Political Teaching Material "Building the Foundation of Ideals and Faiths" to write a teaching design plan,focusing on the connotation and extension of ideals,and trying not only to make students understand the relationship between ideals,beliefs and will,but also encourages the middle school students to "build their minds and be a struggler" as well as build themselves up as the newcomers of the era who will be in charge of national rejuvenation.
