Teaching efficiency research is one of the key points of current pedagogy research.In recent years,higher education in China has developed rapidly,and colleges and universities are constantly promoting undergraduate teaching reform to meet the needs of talent training in the new era.As the main battlefield of college students' development and quality construction,undergraduate classroom should be paid more attention by educational researchers.Therefore,the research on the optimization mechanism of undergraduate classroom teaching efficiency should also become an important work for college teaching reformers.After the related literature analysis,I then went deep into our classroom for a month of classroom observation,and distributed classroom teaching questionnaire to some undergraduate students,deeply understand the current situation and problems of undergraduate classroom teaching in colleges and universities,and then through a series of teacher interviews to understand some teachers' teaching ideas and views,finally combined with teachers' suggestions and personal thinking,try to explore a more perfect undergraduate classroom teaching effectiveness optimization mechanism.This research is carried out from the following six parts: the introduction part mainly puts forward the research origin of the optimization mechanism of undergraduate classroom teaching efficiency in colleges and universities,introduces the research content,analyzes the theoretical and practical significance of the research,summarizes the relevant research situation at home and abroad,and puts forward the main research methods of this paper,such as literature analysis,investigation and research.The first chapter briefly introduces the concept of teaching efficiency,classroom teaching efficiency,classroom teaching efficiency optimization mechanism,and takes the theory of teaching efficiency and the theory of teaching benefits teachers as well as students as two theoretical bases,and makes a basic exposition of them.The second chapter,from the perspective of teacher teaching,student learning and classroom culture,carries out a number of classroom observations,and makes a preliminary analysis of the current situation of undergraduate classroom teaching observed.The third chapter classifies the main influencing factors of teaching effectiveness,such as teacher factors including teaching concept,teaching content and teaching methods;student factors include learning motivation,learning interest and learning behavior;classroom factors include classroom management,classroom atmosphere and classroom interaction.The fourth chapter analyzes and summarizes a series of outstanding problems in the current undergraduate classroom teaching in colleges and universities,such as teachers' problems including missing teaching ideas,single teaching contents and inadequate teaching methods;students' problems including lack of learning motivation,low interest in learning and improper learning behavior;classroom problems including weak classroom management,disharmonious classroom atmosphere and lack of classroom interaction.The fifth chapter focuses on the optimization mechanism of undergraduate classroom teaching efficiency in colleges and universities,and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for undergraduate classroom teaching: at the teacher level,including correcting the teachers' position with the guidance mechanism,enriching the teaching content with the transformation mechanism,perfecting the teaching method with the balanced mechanism;at the student level,including cultivating autonomy by competitive mechanism,training new thinking by guiding mechanism,increasing input by incentive mechanism;at the classroom level,including strengthening classroom management by regulating mechanism,Creating classroom atmosphere by emotional mechanism,and opening classroom interaction by cooperative mechanism.In a word,from the analysis of the present situation of undergraduate classroom teaching to the combing of the influencing factors of teaching efficiency,from the thinking of classroom problems to the exploration of the optimization mechanism of teaching efficiency,I have put forward the personal relevant views on the basis of striving for a comprehensive way,hoping to help the research work of undergraduate classroom teaching efficiency in colleges and universities.
