Under the background of the development of students 'core literacy,highlighting the cultivation of students' core literacy of subjects,the " four cores" sports classes classroom teaching mode came into being.Therefore,this study combines the " four cores" sports classes teaching mode with table tennis teaching,and explores the effection of this teaching mode in high school table tennis teaching with practical research,which influences on the students' physical fitness,basic table tennis technology,healthy behaviors,sport morals,sport interests,and provides a reference for the application and promotion of " four cores" sports classes in high school physical education.This study used literature data method,questionnaire survey method,experiment method,mathematical statistics method and logic analysis method to conduct two rounds of experiments in two periods of time(the level 2018 second semester and the level 2019 first semester in the Affiliated Middle School of Henan Normal University),two classes are randomly selected for each round of experiment.The experimental class used the "four cores" sports classes teaching mode and the normal class used the traditional teaching mode.The test period continued 16 weeks each experiment,after analyzing and discussing the results of the two rounds experiments in detail,the conclusions are following:1.After the experiment,the author found that the physical quality of the students in the experimental class is better than the students in the normal class,furthermore,the students' lower limbs moving speed and harmony of body have been increased.It is proved that the "four cores" sports classes teaching mode is better than the traditional teaching mode in improving students' physical quality.2.After the experiment,both the experimental class and the normal class have a significantimprovement.But after comparing with two classes,the author found that the experimental class have better basic skills than the normal class.The fact proved that both teaching modes are obviously helpful to improve students' basic skills,but the teaching effect of the "four cores" sports classes teaching mode is better than the traditional education mode.3.After the experiment,there was no significant difference between the test results of healthy behaviors of the experimental subjects and those before the experiment,which proved that the two teaching modes had little impact on students' healthy behaviors.4.After the experiment,the results of the sport morals test of students in the experimental class are obviously better than those in the normal class,which proved that compared with the traditional mode,the " four cores" sports classes teaching mode can better develop the students' sport morals.5.After the experiment,the test results of students' physical interest in the experimental class were significantly higher than those in the normal class,which proved that the "four cores" sports classes classroom teaching mode can better improve students' interest in physical education compared with the traditional teaching mode.
