High School Students Excellent Teacher Growth And Foster Excellent Teacher Response

As a career, headmaster varies according to different levels of professional skills. On the whole, it can be divided into the following parts: basically qualified headmaster, qualified headmaster, and excellent headmaster. To be an excellent headmaster is the common goal of headmasters.Based on the analysis of the growth experiences of the eight middle school headmasters who are entitled Municipal excellent headmaster, this study tried to research the inner factors that lead them to success from six aspects, viz. the love given to students, the integrated qualities headmaster possessed in the new period, summing-up and reverse consideration, attached importance to educational research, well individual characters and good atmosphere of school. And then it provided some measures to cultivate excellent headmasters, served as the promotion and enlightenment to the growth of the group of excellent headmasters of middle school in our city and other regions, used for reference and consulted in improving the quality of school management.
