This article will discuss the growth path of excellent college counselors through four parts.Introduction:This chapter mainly expounds the reason and meaning of selecting the topic, the relevant research dynamics of excellent college counselors’ growth, as well as research ideas and methods of use.Chapter one:By analyzing the deeds text of 71 national college counselor annual figures in 2008-2014, this chapter reveals the basic role image of outstanding counselors, that is the guardian of love, the guider of growth and the researcher of theory. Then this chapter analyzes the stage characteristics of excellent college counselors’growth, the growth of excellent college counselors need to undergo four interactive effect and connection development stages——adaptive period, mature period, innovative period and stable period.Chapter two:Excellent college counselors often play a role of demonstration, lead and motivation. In the new era, if you want to become an outstanding counselor, you must have some qualities, including complete political, moral, ideological, mental and physical, knowledge, ability, etc. Another, the process of growing from an ordinary counselor for an outstanding counselor is often influenced by many environmental factors. The environment has the guidance and incentive function, a good environment is conducive to the growth of excellent counselors. For instance, the good national policy is the key, the good school environment is the protection, the good family environment and interpersonal relationship are the support.Chapter three:The good environment stimulates the development of potential qualities of excellent counselors. In order to strengthen the development, cultivation and shaping of the excellent qualities of counselors, the various relevant principal parts should be coordinated together to continuously optimize the long-term platform to promote the growth of excellent college counselors.
