In order to protect the development of rural boarding schools,the government implemented a series of measures to support the construction of boarding schools,and improve rural boarding schools through measures such as increasing investment in education,improving school facilities and staffing,and standardizing the management system of boarding schools.The quality of schooling has achieved remarkable results,and the current schooling conditions and education quality of rural boarding primary schools have been significantly improved.With the improvement of the quality of rural boarding school primary education and the emergence of rural left-behind children,the number of boarding students in rural areas continues to increase,and the phenomenon of "young boarding" begins to appear and shows a trend of increasing scale.As a special group of boarders,the young boarding children have the characteristics of poor self-care ability and severe emotional dependence on their families,which makes their poor adaptability in boarding life more prominent,and poses new challenges to the management of rural boarding primary schools.However,the life services of rural boarding elementary schools have not kept pace with the expansion of all young boarding children.At present,the management activities of rural boarding elementary schools mainly focus on learning.Life services only focus on the basic livelihood security of boarding students,and the service measures are for all boarding students.They fail to pay attention to the uniqueness of young boarding children and ignore the reality of young boarding children.Demand,the living conditions of young boarding children in school are not optimistic.In this study,a questionnaire was issued to investigate the living services of young boarding children in 8 rural boarding primary schools in Guizhou Province,combined with interviews with teachers and life service staff,to explore the problems in the living services of young boarding children in rural areas in Guizhou Province.Propose optimization strategies.The thesis first discusses the theoretical basis for the development of life services for rural young boarding children,that is,life education theory and public product theory.It clarifies the necessity of life service development through the theory and the government ’s responsibility for life service investment.Second,through questionnaires and interviews It was found that the problems in the life services of young boarding children in rural areas in Guizhou Province are:Inadequate food service,inadequate dining experience for children,inadequate accommodation services,poor sleep of children,inaccurate extracurricular activities,children’s after-school life restrictions,rigid implementation of safety services,hidden dangers to children’s safety,health and mental health services Insufficient,some children are in poor mental state;finally,the staffing,financial security,construction of living facilities,and services required for the development of life services,The four guarantee conditions of the concept and system,an in-depth analysis of the existing problems in the life services of young boarding children in rural areas: the neglect of the professionalism of life service personnel,the lack of financial guarantees for the cost of new life services for boarding,and the neglect of the effective function of living facilities Play,learn Management philosophy and system design deviates from the lives of children.And from multiple dimensions of government,school,and family,strategies for optimizing the life services of rural young boarding children are proposed: strengthening the professional construction of life service personnel,building a long-term guarantee mechanism for living service funds,strengthening the standardization of living facilities,and improving the young age Boarding child life service system.
