The policy of adjusting school distribution on rural area which uses the approach of combining small school or rebuilding boarding school has been promoted almost ten years, which achieve to optimize allocation of educational resources, ease the reality of teacher shortages and improve the standard for running a school on a rural area, promote the quality of basic education and realize the education equity target in rural education on the extent. However, the passive influences of extensive school layout are also taken out. Such as the tense of school resource, high pressure between teachers, students do not adapt to school life, students’low study enthusiasm, school living condition is harsh and easily have safety problem when students to and from school. Through the comparative study, considering development between day and boarding student, can reflect the effect of adjusting school distribution. Also it is one of the researches about whether the school is being on balance-development.Qie Xue’s elementary school is under distribution. The counts between day and boarding students are almost equal. The result showed that on school learning aspect, two-group significant differences are existed in ability to study independently and emotion to school. Two-group still have some differences on the aspect of school achievement and learning attitude, however, it does not make significant differences in statistics. In socialized communication, the boarding students have little knowledge about their ethnic culture; little communication with their parents and often feel lonely and unease in peer relationship.The main reasons that make the differences between the two-group depends on the local society’s condition, which made the boarding students achieve their study and have resonate on emotional; The boarding schools not only have the basic function of school education, but also undertake the responsibility of "agent parents". However, the boarding school do not have much the state’s investment, The condition and management can not satisfy the student’s all-round development needs; Schools lack of teachers made the head-teacher heavy burden, whose cannot spare more time on day student’s management; The absence of family education make the boarding students crisis on feeling.Distribution of schools is an important means for improving the balanced development in elementary education. However, it has taken on some un-balanced situation in groups in school. To promote the balanced development of inner school, the school distribution reform should keep flexible and the school distribution should suit local circumstances; Government should distribute education resources equally and increase input to rural elementary boarding school. To Strengthen the parental education in rural and make parents realize their responsibilities, the school should use the resources rational and fulfill the develop needs of students. The school managers and teachers should not only care about the boarding student’s development, but give equally care to day student.
