At present,the number of students in rural schools is reduced and the teaching points are too scattered.In order to ensure that rural school-age children complete compulsory education and solve the problem that students go to school,boarding schools have gradually become the main form of supporting rural compulsory education.Students who live in school in a relatively closed environment for a long time cannot feel the care from their parents.They often feel lonely,sensitive and vulnerable,and their physical and mental development is greatly hindered.In the boarding campus life,students have the most contact with teachers,so teachers’ care for students can make up for the needs of boarders for care to some extent.This study tries to integrate caring emotion into students’ study and life,and then build a teacher-student relationship with deep caring emotion,namely the caring teacher-student relationship,so as to meet the internal emotional needs of students in the process of growth.The caring teacher-student relationship pointed to in this study requires teachers to deeply understand students as a unique individual,so that students can acquire the quality of caring for others,and emphasizes that boarders can study and live in a caring atmosphere,and then achieve the healthy development of body and mind.In order to play an important role of teachers’ care in the growth process of boarders,this study through the typical story care dynamic relationship between teachers and students,from the rural boarding primary school care of the problems existing in the process of construction and the characteristics of the construction of the relationship between teachers and students,for the rural boarding primary school care for the construction of the relationship between teachers and students to provide ideas and methods.By adopting narrative research method,the research object of the interview,data collection,analysis and sorting,and research object interaction in the form of narrative,and focus on rural boarding primary school care of the development of the relationship between teachers and students,the care relationship between teachers and students construction process to fully excavate,further summarizes the rural boarding primary school care type relationship between teachers and students.The research content mainly focuses on four parts.First,on the basis of summarizing previous studies,the concepts of "rural boarding primary school","caring" and "caring teacher-student relationship" are redefined,and the theoretical basis of this study is introduced,and the theoretical basis and the suitability of this study are systematically expounded.Secondly,it presents the story of caring teachers and students in rural boarding primary schools.Through field interviews and observation,the real communication in the learning and life process of teachers and students in rural boarding primary schools is presented by narrative methods,and the typical story plot is selected with care as the main line.Moreover,the problems of the caring teacher-student relationship in rural boarding primary schools in study and life,as well as the characteristics of the current caring teacher-student relationship.Relying on the analysis framework of care education theory,from the care subject,care purpose,care behavior,care emotional four dimensions,to the current rural boarding primary school care dynamic relationship between teachers and students,and summarizes the current rural boarding primary school care the characteristics of the relationship between teachers and students,in order to summarize the enlightenment and put forward targeted construction strategy.Finally,on the basis of summarizing the characteristics and the analysis reason,using the analysis framework of the theory of care,the rural boarding primary school how to build care relationship between teachers and students and thinking,emphasize the care understanding as a kind of relationship,focus on the two-way interaction between teachers and students,care of the relationship between teachers and students smooth construction not only need teachers active care,also need students’ positive feedback and response,is teachers and students respond to each other and form the result,finally has the practical significance of the relationship between teachers and students construction strategy.
