As an important stage of basic education, the junior high school students' learning behavior has always been a hot issue in academic research. With the unique thoughts, actions and values of this age group, junior high school students are often referred to as Chunibyo.Compared with the vertical relationship with parents and teachers, the relationship between students and peers is more equal and easy to approach, that's the reason why the peer effect is an important factor affecting the learning behavior of students. For those students, peers are not only playing partners, but also learning and reference objects. The peer effect in education occurs in situations such as schools, classes, and dormitories. It is the influence of peer motivation, methods, and behaviors on adolescents' motivations, methods, and behaviors.Learning behavior refers to the reactions and actions that students show when acquiring and using knowledge. These reactions and actions have their own personality characteristics and measurability.Learning behavior is composed of learning styles and learning motivations. Most of the junior high school students in China are in a semi-closed school environment. They spend less time with their parents and more time with their peers in school.According to social learning theory and reference group theory, peers have an important influence on the shaping of adolescent behavior, and it's the learning object and reference object for young people. This study using junior high school students in Wuhan L Middle School and PISA 2018 China data as survey objects found that peer factors and family socioeconomic factors will significantly affect student learning behaviors, and peers play a more significant role in them. The surface-type learning motivations of peers will significantly positively affect the same learning motivations of students, and significantly negatively affect the deep-type and achievement-type learning motivations of junior high school students.Peer deep-type and achievement-type learning motivation will significantly negatively affect junior high school students' surface-type learning motivation, and significantly affect junior high school students' deep-type and achievement-type motivation. At the same time, from a gender perspective, girls are more affected by peers in their learning styles,surface-type and deep-type learning motivations, while boys' achievement-type learning motivations are more likely to be affected by peers. From a grade perspective, seventh graders are susceptible to the positive influence of peers' surface-type and achievement-type learning motivations,eighth-grade students are susceptible to peer-like influences in their learning styles, and ninth-grade students are positively affected by peers' deep-type motivations. To promote the positive effect of peer effect on the learning behavior of junior high school students,in shaping the learning style of students, teachers should pay attention to the small groups in the class, and timely correct mistakes when there are wrong learning methods in peer groups, and strengthen the correct learning methods in the class, promote observation learning of students, and implement participatory management.Parents should effectively intervene in the interpersonal communication of their children, help them identify unhealthy peer relationships and peer behaviors, help students correct wrong learning styles, and cultivate good learning habits. In motivating students' learning motivation, schools should encourage teachers to improve teaching methods and encourage teachers to explore their own teaching enthusiasm.Teachers should focus on creating a learning environment and form healthy peer pressure.Parents should strengthen communication with their children and help them filter peer groups around them.
