| Teacher training is the first choice and effective way to improve teacher’s quality and the basic education’s teaching quality. The author mainly investigates management situation of primary and secondary school teacher training in six aspects, such as the rules and regulations, management offices, training forms, training courses, speaker teachers and trained teachers. The dissertation brings out some recommendations pointedly on the problem of how to control from the perspective of managers. This dissertation studies specifically from the following aspects:In the first part, the author chooses the way of questionnaire and interview, selects 3 primary schools, 5 middle schools and 1 high school from 3 cities to survey the management situation of primary and secondary school teacher training. It conducts a survey and analyzes findings mainly in 6 aspects. They are rules and regulations, management department, the form of training, training courses, speaker teachers and trained teachers.In the second part, the author chooses the way of literature,and analyzes mainly in the lack of a sound legal policy and specialized teacher training management agencies, schools` low participation degree for teacher training management, teachers themselves` low participation degree for teacher training management, the lack of effective assessment to trained teachers, the lack of effective assessment to speaker teachers and training institutions.In the third part, the author makes several recommendations accordingly aiming to improve the management efficiency of the primary and secondary school teachers training. Studies shows that: the ways of market-oriented mode of operation, training market system based on teacher industry association, teacher training voucher system, layered training program for teacher training, construction of teachers of teacher training, construction of modern teacher training network can improve management efficiency. |
