Although China is not the country with the highest aging level,it is currently the country with the largest number of elderly people in the world.In our country,some elderly people are unable to participate in social activities because of age,physiology,etc.,which makes many elderly people have more serious psychological problems,which is manifested by a strong sense of loneliness.However,at present,China's research on the social work of the elderly is more focused on ensuring the material life of the elderly,and less attention is paid to the psychological problems such as loneliness caused by the elderly.The author selects Shenzhen Yayunxuan Community as the research object,adopts field investigation methods,through field visits,observations,unstructured interviews and other methods,through three typical community cases and other data to analyze Shenzhen Yayunxuan Community The loneliness of the elderly is mainly due to the gradual loss of work ability;the economic pressure is large,which can easily lead to loneliness;the decline of family status is prone to self-negation;the children are busy with work for a long time,and lack of emotional communication with their spouses or children.At the same time,it also analyzed that the Shenzhen community is facing a single source of funding for the community workstations in solving the problems of the elderly,and the continuous shortage of funds;community resources are difficult to integrate;the development of public welfare service organizations is lagging;the community worker team lacks a systematic system of professional talents Cultivation,lack of professionalism and other issues.In view of this,the author applies the symbiotic effect theory widely used in high social welfare countries such as Britain,the United States and Japan to the social work of the elderly,and effectively solves the lack of old people's sense of gain from the perspective of the government,society,family and community workers Psychological problems with strong loneliness.
