Community Practice Exploration Of Local Disease Health Management Of Rural Women In Gannan Tibetan Area

Good life has always been desired and pursued,and good life is based on having health,and now with the development of the economy,the public's investment in their own health has also increased.In cities,residents manage their own health through sports facilities,gyms,health management centers,etc.,while rural residents,due to many factors lack the concept and ability of health management,still have the phenomenon of replacing "health management" with "disease management ",which is especially prominent in minority areas,and rural women in Gannan Tibetan area are no exception.Rural women in Gannan Tibetan area are not only affected by "typical endemic diseases ",because of the society They are more vulnerable to "atypical endemic diseases" because of the influence of division of labor and traditional concepts.Recently,the State Council's "healthy China" action clearly proposed the implementation of endemic disease prevention and control action and maternal and child health promotion activities,which brought "gospel" to rural women in Gannan Tibetan area.This study relies on the S agency "Love To Zhuoma" health service project,with women in Xinji Village in Gannan Tibetan District as the research object,introduced the concept of health management,and adopted the method of community work to carry out the local disease health management of rural women in Tibetan areas.Through linking professional health service teams,rural women in Tibetan areas to carry out health check-ups,health knowledge lectures,psychological adjustment,medical materials distribution and other activities,for Tibetan rural women to popularize basic knowledge of local disease prevention and control,improve local disease self-management capacity.In addition,team work helps communities develop healthy self-management leaders,strengthens the use of a variety of knowledge skills and related resources to achieve health management of the community's residents,to achieve social work "helping others to help themselves",to ensure the sustainability of activities.The conclusion of this study is that the community working methods are in good alignment with the improvement of residents' health management ability.Community work in ethnic areas should fully respect the traditional culture within the community,fully do a good job of pre-investigation and mapping,estimate risks,fully tap external social resources,actively introduce multi-social forces to participate in activities,actively find potential service objects in practice,rather than wait for help,service teams should be more professional.Although this study has accumulated some experience,but to do a good job in the rural population health management in minority areas,the government and social forces need themulti-participation,the implementation of women's health management in minority areas still need medical professional,health management professional,social work professional increasingly mature and perfect.
