Education plays a vital role in the development of human society and shoulders the important mission of "educating people" for the country.If mistakes are made in education,it will directly affect the development of the next generation of the country and even affect the development of the whole society and economy.Compulsory education is compulsory and universal free education for school-age children and teenagers.As an important part of China's education system,compulsory education plays a pivotal role in cultivating talents,which is in line with the national goal of "giving priority to the development of education and building a powerful country with human resources".The monitoring of teaching quality in compulsory education is a necessary means to improve teaching quality.Therefore,it is very necessary to construct a scientific,reasonable and effective teaching quality control system for compulsory education,whether it is to improve teaching quality or to cultivate students' comprehensive ability.The administrative department of education shall monitor the whole teaching process of compulsory education,including the effectiveness of teaching,the cultivation of students' abilities,the use of teaching methods,the setting of teaching activities,the construction of teaching equipment and sites,etc.Through monitoring,we can grasp the relevant teaching conditions in the compulsory education stage as soon as possible,and make corresponding work adjustments and propose rectification plans in accordance with the existing problems,so as to better promote the establishment of the teaching quality monitoring system in the compulsory education stage and continuously improve the teaching quality.How can we improve the teaching quality of compulsory education under the background of The Times when the country vigorously promotes compulsory education? How to monitor the teaching quality? What kind of monitoring system is suitable for the development of compulsory education? How is monitoring more conducive to teaching and education? Facts have proved that China urgently needs to build and improve the monitoring system of teaching quality in compulsory education so as to ensure the improvement of teaching quality and students' comprehensive ability.First,China's existing teaching quality control system has been unable to meet the needs of improving teaching quality in the compulsory education stage;second,since the implementation of "compulsory education",the lack of a complete,scientific,reasonable and effective teaching quality control system has led to a series of problems.Thirdly,the monitoring system of teaching quality is not clear,which cannot provide system guarantee for the monitoring of teaching quality in compulsory education.Fourth,government departments from the focus on monitoring,evaluation,evaluation slowly transition to the monitoring of teaching quality.Throughout the world,countries have gradually realized the importance of teaching quality control,and built a relatively complete monitoring system,has achieved some results.Therefore,we should learn from the advanced international experience,combined with the actual situation of China's compulsory education,and constantly improve and improve China's teaching quality control system.Shenzhen Longhua district,the author of this paper existing teaching quality monitoring system of the compulsory education phase of investigation,analysis and research,the integrated use of literature study,investigation study and theory analysis method and so on many kinds of research methods,in Shenzhen Longhua district teaching quality monitoring system in the analysis of existing problems,research,tries to solve the following problems: weak consciousness of teaching quality monitoring,the monitoring mechanism is disorder,not comprehensive monitoring subject,inadequate monitoring system play function,feedback mechanism is imperfect,and so on.In order to provide a theoretical reference for Shenzhen Longhua district to construct a complete,scientific,reasonable and effective teaching quality control system for compulsory education stage.
